There were two horses sold for seven-figure sums; the Listed-placed Frankel Light, in foal to Dark Angel, was consigned by Haras du Mézeray and bought by Charles Gordon- available to view Watson for €1,300,000 and multiple Gr.1 winner Uni’s dam Unaided, part of the Haras d’Etreham draft, went to Oceanic Bloodstock for €1,250,000. The leading buyer at last year’s sale was BBA Ireland, which purchased 15 horses for €2,542,500, and the leading consignor was Haras d’Etreham, which sold 19 horses for a total of €3,937,000.
