Abstract: the purpose of this study is design of website information to guide people find information of historical destination in Kediri. Kediri has a long history since the - Buddhism era and Also the era of Dutch-Portuguese colonialism, it makes Kediri has many traces of history can still be seen today such as the of the kingdom of Kadiri, the kelud, and old Dutch buildings architecture such as Kediri station, the old bridge and many more. This makes a lot of tourists visiting Kediri, the tourists Generally seek many information through the Internet, but the information Obtained Generally unorganized, this is the reason for the developing a website that Provides a wide information about the history of Kediri, Routes of travel and hotels in Kediri in a single website. The method used content analysis and observation. An observation was conducted on the websites, literatures, and secondary of data on the internet about Kediri. The result has website that contains information of historical object in Kediri.

1. Introduction Kediri is one of the cities in East that own many history, Kediri has many historical traces since Hinduism and Buddhism era also the era of Dutch and Portuguese colonialism. The history recorded that the Kediri comes from the name of patterned the kingdom of Kadiri as written in the Wanua inscription which dates 830 of year saka and some ancient Javanese manuscripts such as the Book of Samaradhana, , Nagara Kertagama and book of Calon Arang. Therefore Kediri has many historical sites and heritage traditions that need to be visited as a tourist destination (Joehastanti, 2012); (HALIMI, 2015). Today, a lot of tourists visiting the historical sites in Kediri such as the ruins of King Sri Aji in Mrican, the tomb of Syekh Sulaiman al-Wasil at Dhoho road, Surowono temple in Pare and others, as a technological evolution nowadays many of tourists usually will find information of historical destination in Kediri, a route to achieve it, and where to eat through the internet (Meisa, 2017). But usually the information will searched separately in many websites, Based on these problems this research aim to assist tourists in finding locations and information of historical sites in Kediri through a website that contains information about the historical objects in Kediri (Firliana et al., 2016). In addition, there is also information about the way to reach it, a classical culinary destinations and hotel reservations. This website will make it easy for the tourists who want to visit to Kediri (Fajaruddin & Tarmuji, 2013).

2. The theoretical side Education or also called education is all efforts planned to influence other people both individuals, groups, or the community so that they do what is expected by education practitioners (Notoadmojo, 2003). Theoretically according to Murphy (1988) in Sunaryo (2013: 138) in essence the development of tourism can not be separated from the resources and uniqueness of the local community, both physical and non-physical elements (tradition and culture), which are the main driving elements of tourism activities. It so that tourism should be seen as activities based on the local community. Education is a necessity for everyone, so it takes an interesting and fun delivery method, so that the educational process can run optimally. Learning activities can be combined and integrated with various other activities, so as to accommodate various aspects in one activity, one can be combined with tourism activities.

a. Kediri in Hinduism-Buddhism era The Kingdom of Kadiri is one of the Hindu’s kingdom located on the banks of the , . The kingdom was established in the 12th century and was a part of the Ancient of Mataram Kingdom. the first king of the kingdom was Sri Jayawarsa mighty Shastraprabu who called as an incarnation of . Kediri royal establishment begins with the orders of King , the kingdom was split into two part Jenggala () and Panjalu (Kediri) bounded by Mount Kawi and the Brantas River. or Kahuripan consists of and the Brantas River Delta port of , Rembang, and Pasuruhan, with its capital of Kahuripan. Where the Kingdom Panjalu (Kediri) includes Kediri with its capital Daha. In November 1042, the second son of King Airlangga snatch the throne that forced Airlangga kingdom split into two part. The result of the civil war, the kingdom Panjalu (Kediri) given to Sri Samarawijaya centered in the city of Daha. While Janggala (Kahuripan) given to Mapanji Garasakan based Kahuripan.

b. Kediri in the era of colonialism In the colonialism era, Kediri also been ruled VOC after Cakraningrat IV, Duke of Madura, Madura free rebelled for want of Kasunanan Kartasura. Cakraningrat insurgency can be broken by Pakubuwana II assisted VOC. As payment, Pakubuwana II surrender Kediri become a part of the VOC. Since then, Kediri managed by the Dutch colonial government followed the Japanese occupation, and a new self-sufficient again after the Proclamation of Independence of the Republic of Indonesia. In the war for independence, Kediri noted to be one of the important service of the trip Sudirman when he led the guerrilla war against the Dutch troops. Now, Kediri very well known as the city's largest cigarette industry in Indonesia since PT Gudang Garam cigarette factory built in this city. Lastly, since 2010, Kediri also crowned as the first ranked Indonesia as the Most Recommended City for Investment by SWA survey aided by Business Digest.

c. Research Method This study used a qualitative approach, and the methods used in this research were content analysis, to examine the documents in the form of general categorization, Historical tourism in Kediri has an important role in the level of tourist arrivals in Kediri, because it is highly dependent on the availability of information that is compiled in a complete, accurate and integrated manner. In order to create a comprehensive information, a website must include:

a) Contains information about historical destinations such as ancient , ancient tombs and heritage buildings of Dutch and Portuguese colonialism b) Contains information about culinary places in Kediri c) Integrated with Google maps in showing the route d) Integrated with several hotels and more

3. Methodology In this article, the author is focusing on the challenges and opportunities of the concept of design website to find information of historical sites in Kediri through a website that contains information about the historical objects in Kediri. Data analysis in qualitative research was carried out from the beginning until throughout the research process. In this study used data analysis that has been developed by Cresswel (2010: 276-283), which is a linear and hierarchical approach built from the ground up, but in practice this approach is more interactive, various stages are interconnected and do not have to always be in accordance with the arrangement that has been presented.

4. Result and Discussion a. Planning system design

The website Kedirikita.com role in giving information about the history of Kediri and hotels, transportation, and tourist sites of unique kediri’s culinary be integrated into a single website. At first the prospective tourists seeking information on the page travel destinations on www.kedirikita.com The next after getting and determine the prospective tourist destinations tourists can go independently (backpacker) and booked a hotel at the same transport through this website, these integrated systems that try to offer by Kedirikita.com

b. The organizational structure of system

The system was built and maintained by several peoples responsible for managing the joint system. As for the positions and roles of responsibility are below:

a) IT Division in charge me maintenance system

b) The financial division in charge of financial management and business planning

c) Marketing division in charge of marketing and cooperation with relevant vendors such as hotels, restaurants, and tourist travel.

E. Conclusion

Based on findings and discussion above, several conclusions can be drawn.

a) The website can be used in dekstop PC or mobile phone that connect to the internet with url in /http:www.kedirikita.com,

b) The websites can shows the destination of historical sites of Kediri with its routes linked to google maps, hotels, and transportation.

In one of his writings Murphy (1988) in Sunaryo (2013: 139) has also provided a number of limitations to the understanding of CBT with the following characteristic limiting grids:

1. The form of tourism governance that provides opportunities for local communities to control and be actively involved in the management and development of existing tourism.

2. The form of tourism governance that can provide opportunities for people who are not directly involved in tourism businesses can also benefit from existing tourism.
