NORWOOD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Analog Devices, Inc., a global leader in high-performance semiconductors for signal processing applications, today announced that it has upgraded its membership in the Embedded Vision Alliance to the platinum level, strengthening its commitment to the premier organization for driving the adoption of embedded vision technology. A member from the beginning (May 31, 2011), Analog Devices shares the goals of the Embedded Vision Alliance, believing that delivering components that enable products to "see" and act upon that input play a vital role in the development of today's and many of tomorrow's industrial, medical and consumer vision enabled applications.
