[email protected] FALL 2015 MUSIC LESSONS with IMSCC The Instrumental Music School of Carlisle & Concord (IMSCC) provides convenient and reasonably priced individual music lessons with highly qualified professional musician-teachers for students in the Concord and Carlisle Schools. IMSCC is a division of the Adult and Community Education Department of the Concord-Carlisle School District. Lessons for adults are also available. Lessons with IMSCC are designed to complement and support the instrumental and choral music programs offered in the schools starting in grades 4 and 5. IMSCC lessons are optional and require a fee. Students who have had at least one year of school instrumental music instruction are encouraged to consider individual lessons. For inquiries regarding lessons for beginning students, younger children, or students not involved in school music programs, please call the IMSCC office or contact a Music Director. The following instruments are available for individual study: violin, viola, cello, string bass, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone horn (euphonium), tuba, percussion (drums), guitar (electric and acoustic), bass guitar, piano, and voice. We try to accommodate instruments and teachers requested. Registration for Fall Semester lessons begins in June. Priority in scheduling will be given first to continuing students who pre-register. Teachers will contact new students toward the end of the summer. Priority in scheduling new students will be based on the order in which registrations are received.
