Founded in January 1990 as International College, the College changed its name to honor the Hodges in May 2007 and moved to university status. Policies concerning the University are formulated by the Board of Trustees. The University offers associate, baccalaureate, and master-level degree programs in a variety of disciplines. In addition to granting degrees, the University offers certificate programs and Continuing Education Programs such as English as a Second Language and lifelong learning classes for senior citizens.
