If you read this column every week, you’re probably already aware that I’m pretty keen on the old club yearbooks, or “annual reports”, as the more business-minded among us might call them. I actually only started collecting these a few years ago, but it’s amazing how quickly you can build up a good collection. There’s many people who aren’t that fussed on them, especially those from more recent years, so they can often be bought quite cheaply. Which is great because I’m hell-bent on getting as many as I can and filling all the holes in my collection of yearbooks for each of the nine WAFL clubs.
