Facility About our New Facility

• 600,00 Square feet - equivalent to 10 football fields • 50’ clear ceilings • 54 dock doors • 300 acres of land – allows for future expansion • The yard provides parking for approximately 200 trailers • 24/7 security on site, with over 130 cameras • Ample staff parking with over-sized parking spots and designated spots wired for future use by electric cars Some Interesting Facts

• 100 to 200 construction workers on the site

• 2,100 Cement trucks – footings, walls and floor slabs • Over 70,000 m3 of rock was hammered and crushed on site • Cement from Lafarge’s plants in and Kemptville • Iroquois main quarry for rock • Many local companies providing services • Outside trades use local lodging, banking, gas stations and food
