BETTER LUCKY settled early, slipped through along the rail entering the turn, angled out when making a strong run mid turn, straightened eight wide for the drive, rolled up outside the winner with about seventy yards to go, kept on gamely while floated out a bit and just missed. THANK YOU MARYLOU , between runners near the five eighths pole, gave hard chase mid turn, edged up behind foes in mid stretch, dove towards the rail late and finished with good energy. STONETASTIC sped to the front, set the pace in the two path, took pressure after a half mile, drifted out when going back clear in upper stretch, was overtaken nearing the eighth pole and gave way grudgingly. LEIGH COURT rated four wide, bid to challenge after a half, pressed into the lane then went evenly in the final furlong. SOUTHERN HONEY prompted the pace three wide, moved between runners to challenge after a half mile, forced the issue into the lane then faded. ARTEMIS AGROTERA dropped back under a ride entering the turn, angled to the rail nearing the lane, moved up approaching the sixteenth marker, shifted out late and leveled off in the final yards. SWEET REASON saved ground while not far back, edged up under urging past the five sixteenths pole, came off the rail for the drive and gave way. LITTLE ALEXIS , between rivals into the turn, angled out and failed to menace. LIVING THE LIFE (IRE) , wide under a ride mid turn, faded.
