Wheatley House District 35 RE: Demographic Profile of House District 35 The Strategic Initiatives Group within the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel has created a detailed demographic profile of the legislative district that you represent. This profile contains summaries of information from the American Community Survey, which is an ongoing nationwide survey that is conducted by the United States Census to produce information on social, economic, housing, and demographic characteristics. The information from the American Community Survey contained in this profile was obtained between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2018, making it the most recent, accurate, complete information available. The Strategic Initiatives Group was created to conduct long-term strategic planning to inform policy analysis on issues of statewide concern for decades to come.
