How to Connect with Marvel Aids

Phonak Marvel hearing aids can connect directly to any compatible device to stream audio into both . Stay connected to your work, friends, and family with your Marvel hearing aids.

General Operation

Rebooting your Rechargeable Aid Rebooting your Non-Rechargeable Aid • Turn off by placing the aid in your charger, • Turn off the aid by opening the battery door. OR press the lower part of the button for 3 seconds until the indicator light is solid red • Turn on the aid by closing the battery door. • Turn on by removing the aid from your charger, CUSTOM IN OR press the lower part of the button for 3 ON OFF seconds until the indicator light is solid green.

BTE/RIC ON OFF Connecting to /Tablets

1. Go into the Bluetooth settings of your /tablet and turn Bluetooth ON. Figure 1 2. Reboot your hearing aids. You now have 3 minutes to pair your hearing aids with your device. 3. Add a device or search for your hearing aid. When your hearing aid appears, select it. Even if you wear 2 hearing aids only 1 aid will pair to your laptop. Figure 2 4. When successfully paired you will hear a confirmation beep in your hearing aid(s). 5. Play audio source (i.e. YouTube, Webinar). 6. Audio should stream automatically. If it does not, ensure “” is selected- click on the speaker on the bottom right corner of your computer screen. Figure 3

1. Go to your home screen and tap on the “Settings” icon. 2. Enable your Bluetooth. 3. Reboot your hearing aids. You now have 3 minutes to pair your hearing aids with your device 4. Select the hearing aid from the Bluetooth list. Even if you wear 2 hearing aids only 1 aid will pair to your cell/tablet. 5. When successfully paired you will hear a confirmation beep in your hearing aid(s). 6. Play audio source (i.e. YouTube, Spotify). 7. Audio should stream automatically.
