How to Connect with Marvel Hearing Aids Phonak Marvel hearing aids can connect directly to any Bluetooth compatible device to stream audio into both ears. Stay connected to your work, friends, and family with your Marvel hearing aids. General Hearing Aid Operation Rebooting your Rechargeable Aid Rebooting your Non-Rechargeable Aid • Turn off by placing the aid in your charger, • Turn off the aid by opening the battery door. OR press the lower part of the button for 3 seconds until the indicator light is solid red • Turn on the aid by closing the battery door. • Turn on by removing the aid from your charger, CUSTOM IN EAR OR press the lower part of the button for 3 ON OFF seconds until the indicator light is solid green. BTE/RIC ON OFF Connecting to Computers/Tablets 1. Go into the Bluetooth settings of your computer/tablet and turn Bluetooth ON. Figure 1 2. Reboot your hearing aids. You now have 3 minutes to pair your hearing aids with your device. 3. Add a device or search for your hearing aid. When your hearing aid appears, select it. Even if you wear 2 hearing aids only 1 aid will pair to your laptop. Figure 2 4. When successfully paired you will hear a confirmation beep in your hearing aid(s). 5. Play audio source (i.e. YouTube, Webinar). 6. Audio should stream automatically. Go to your home screen and tap on the “Settings” icon. 2. Enable your Bluetooth. 3. Reboot your hearing aids. You now have 3 minutes to pair your hearing aids with your device 4.
