When a young boy named Max abandons his Christ - mas spirit due to a dysfunctional family and tons of conflict, he rips up his Christmas wish-list and accidentally summons the shadow of St. Nicolas: Krampus. Krampus and his evil helpers do not come to give. They come to take and to punish the non-believers. In this bone-chill - ing spin on Christmas cheer, the family must fight gingerbread men, a terrifying jack-in-the-box, demon elves and more creepy toys and treats to survive this Christmas Catastrophe. Dougherty set this thrilling movie on the day before Christmas Eve through to Christmas morning. With tons of jump scares and beautifully executed CGi monsters, this movie completely captured the horror movie fanatics of the world. The concept of Krampus is to teach people to believe in the true spirit of Christmas and that family comes first. So this year when you wait another full year to get your Christmas gifts, make sure that you do not abandon the true spirit of Christmas. Happy Holidays!
