Co-Chairman Ann Wennerberg, (Sweden) In conjunction with the Scientific Committee and the EAO Board, we have put together a programme that we hope will be both thought-provoking and highly relevant to your daily practice. SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE Our clinical work today is based on half a century’s experience of placing Tord Berglundh, (Sweden) osseointegrated implants. The programme for the meeting in Stockholm Ronald Jung, (Switzerland) reflects the progress we have made over the last 50 years, while at the Jose Manuel Navarro, (Spain) same time focusing on current and emerging techniques. There is a strong Irena Sailer, (Switzerland) emphasis on practical, clinical messages that you can use in your daily Henning Schliephake, (Germany) practice. We hope this combination of historical perspective and cutting- Søren Schou, (Denmark) edge techniques will ensure there is something of relevance for everyone. Tommie Van De Velde, (Belgium) During the 2014 EAO meeting in Rome, a new format was introduced. The meeting in Stockholm will build on this, with the addition of extra features designed to facilitate the learning experience and engage participants ABSTRACT COMMITTEE throughout. Chairman A scientific meeting is of course much more than just the scheduled Bjarni Pjetursson, (Iceland) sessions. It is also an opportunity to share views with colleagues and to socialise. We very much hope you will consider bringing your partner or Vice Chairmen family with you to Stockholm. The city has a huge amount to offer, and Irena Sailer, (Switzerland) we are certain that you and your guests will go home with memories to Ralf-Joachim Kohal, (Germany) treasure. • Motorcycle Crash Causation Study: Volume 2—Coding Manual
Motorcycle Crash Causation Study: Volume 2—Coding Manual PUBLICATION NO. FHWA-HRT-18-039 FEBRUARY 2019 Research, Development, and Technology Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center 6300 Georgetown Pike McLean, VA 22101-2296 FOREWORD The Motorcycle Crash Causation Study, conducted through the Federal Highway Administration Office of Safety Research and Development, produced a wealth of information on the causal factors for motorcycle crashes, and its corresponding Volumes provide perspectives on what crash-countermeasure opportunities can be developed. This study used a crash- and control-case approach developed from the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development protocols, which as discussed in this report, has provided insights into more than 1,900 data elements that may be associated with motorcycle-crash causation. The research team produced a final report along with a 14-volume series of supplemental reports that provide an overview of the study and a summary of its observations, the data-collection forms and coding definitions, a tabulation of each data element collected from each form, and selected comparisons with previous studies. It is anticipated that readers will select those Volumes and data elements that provide information of specific interest. This document, Volume 2—Coding Manual, provides the coding conventions used in this study. It provides data that enable the proper interpretation and understanding of the codes assigned to variables of interest during the study. This report will be of interest to individuals involved in traffic safety, safety training, crash and injury reduction, and roadway design and policy making, as well as to motorcycle- and safety-equipment designers, crash investigators and researchers, motorcycle and automotive manufacturers and consumers, roadway users, and human-factors specialists.

Antonio Cairoli Digging Deep Knowledge is power Set-up In WSB Michele Rinaldi A man in full Behind closed doors Inside a World Supersport workshop THE ART OF ENGINEERING INSIDER INSIDER Welcome to the fifth edition of Insider, Yamaha’s official racing magazine. Publisher Yamaha Racing Communications by Dear Insider, As I write this we're just about over the halfway point of the season. As you're Editors probably aware, we did'nt have an easy start to the year in MotoGP but with hard Dennis Sol - work and a reversal of the bad luck that dogged us in the opening races, Yamaha and Leon Oosterhof - Yamaha Motor Europe NV Valentino Rossi are once again at the top of the podium. The middle of the racing season is always a bit odd. On one hand we find ourselves fighting as hard as we can Design/production to win world titles while on the other, preparing ourselves for next season. Peter Henneman This is perhaps even more apparent this year. The news that Valentino will remain with Yamaha Contributors Paul Taylor, Isabella Marcis, Milagro, for 2007 means we can go full steam ahead with the development of our new bike for the era of Massimo Zanzani, Graeme Brown, Gary 800cc MotoGP racing. In motocross as well, 2006 marks the end of an era. Stefan Everts has Freeman, Filip Decoster, Tom Jacobs, Enrico announced his retirement from the sport at the end of the season.

  • Riders 2-2015 Evoluzione Piloti Motogp-SBK
