BMO Management Strategies of Football Clubs in the Dutch Eredivisie
BSc-Thesis – BMO Management strategies of football clubs in the Dutch Eredivisie Name Student: Mylan Pouwels Registration Number: 991110669120 University: Wageningen University & Research (WUR) Study: BBC (Business) Thesis Mentor: Jos Bijman Date: 1-23-2020 Chair Group: BMO Course Code: YSS-81812 Foreword From an early age I already like football. I like it to play football by myself, to watch it on television, but also to read articles about football. The opportunity to combine my love for football with a scientific research for my Bachelor Thesis, could not be better for me. During an orientating conversation about the topic for my Bachelor Thesis with my thesis mentor Jos Bijman, I mentioned that I was always interested in the management strategies of organizations. What kind of choices an organization makes, what kind of resources an organization uses, what an organization wants to achieve and its performances. Following closely this process in large organizations is something I like to do in my leisure time. My thesis mentor Jos Bijman asked for my hobbies and he mentioned that there was a possibility to combine my interests in the management strategies of organizations with my main hobby football. In this way the topic Management strategies of football clubs in the Dutch Eredivisie was created. The Bachelor Thesis Management strategies of football clubs in the Dutch Eredivisie is executed in a qualitative research, using a literature study. This Thesis is written in the context of my graduation of the study Business-and Consumer Studies (specialization Business) at the Wageningen University and Research. From October 28 2019 until January 23 I have been working on the research and writing of my Thesis. -

FFK Ta Informá
FFK Newsletter - FFK ta Informá April 2016, Volume 2, Issue 2 Next round! As the president of the Curacao Football Federation I am happy to announce that two of our national selections have made it into the second round of two Caribbean competi- tions. First the national Futsal selection performed great in the CFU Futsal Championship of 2016. The team won all their matches in the group phase and bravely faced host Cuba in the final in a sold out Futsal stadium and became runner-up CFU Futsal Champion of 2016. They will now participate in the CONCACAF 2016 Championship in June. The senior selection played against Barbados and the Dominican Republic in the First Round of the Caribbean Cup qualifiers. We lost in Barbados but with a win at home against the Dominican Republic we qualified for the Second Round. In June our national selection will play against the US Virgin Islands and Guyana in the second Round. At home on our beautiful island the youth competition is well underway and we are look- ing forward to the kickoff of the School Competition for Girls U-14 and the start of the season for the First, Second and Third division in April. Good luck to all our teams! FFK President Rignaal ‘Jean’ Francisca On behalf of the board of FFK, Rignaal ‘Jean’ Francisca, President KNVB meets with FKK and government In January, a delegation of the Dutch Football Federation KNVB visited Curacao. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE July 3, 2021 CLICK HERE for matchday media assets including photos, highlights, and postgame interview footage. POSTGAME NOTES: Revolution and Columbus Crew Play to 2-2 Draw in Opening of Lower.com Field Buchanan and Bou score as New England remains atop the Eastern Conference COLUMBUS, Ohio – The New England Revolution (7-2-3; 24 pts.) played to a 2-2 draw against the Columbus Crew (4-3-4; 16 pts.) in the first ever game at Lower.com Field on Saturday evening. Tajon Buchanan opened the scoring in the 13th minute with a headed shot that banked in off the crossbar – and capped off a 20-pass sequence from the Revolution – before Gustavo Bou doubled New England’s lead in the 30th minute with a left-footed finish of a grounded cross from Buchanan. Columbus’ Gyasi Zardes pulled one back for the hosts shortly before halftime, and then forced a Revolution own goal in the 69th minute that knotted the game at 2-2. Bou has now scored in five consecutive appearances, which is the longest run of consecutive games with a goal by an MLS player this season. His six goals on the year are tied with Orlando’s Nani, Kansas City’s Alan Pulido, and Houston’s Maxi Urruti for fourth most across MLS this season. The Revolution improve to 13-1-8 all-time in matches when Bou – whose goal today was the 20th of his Revolution career – scores with today’s draw in Columbus. Buchanan submitted a goal and an assist in the same match for the first time in his professional career today. -
