Challenging tasks The region covered by HeidelbergCement construction consultant Silke Kaminski, who is located in Ennigerloh, Germany, extends from the north of Hesse all the way to the North Sea coast. Every day, she is out and about visiting customers at concrete plants, at the office, or directly at their production sites. She meets engineers or planners at architectural firms, municipal offices, or at the sites of ambitious concrete building projects – e.g. to advise on specific concrete formulations or concrete application methods. Applying her expertise, she supports customers in answering questions on the use of cement-based products. What Silke Kaminski enjoys most about her work is collaborating with a wide variety of people. • 67 Verbreitung Von Gallmilben (Acari) in Westthüringen
Thüringer Faunistische Abhandlungen VI 1999 S. 61 - 67 Verbreitung von Gallmilben (Acari) in Westthüringen M artin O s c h m a n n , Bemburg Zusammenfassung In Westthüringen konnten bisher 89 Gallenformen an Pflanzen (Phytocecidien) gefunden werden, die durch Gallmilben (Acari) hervorgerufen wurden. Summary Distribution of gall-mites (Acari) in Western Thuringia. In the Western Thuringia (Germany), 89 forms of galls produced by gall-mites (Acari) had been found yet. keywords: new records,Thuringia, gall-mites, Acari, galls 1. 2. Wirtspflanzen, Gallmilben und Fundorte Acer campestre (Feld-Ahorn) 1. • Studia Dipterologica
Diptera Stelviana • Studia dipterologica. Supplement 21 (2014): XX-XX 7 2.23 Tachinidae Part 2: The taxa of the Dinera carinifrons species complex (Diptera, Tachinidae), with the description of a new West Palaearctic Preprintsubspecies andVERSION!! three lectotype designations Joachim ZIEGLER, Erikas LUTOVINOVAS and Chun-tian ZHANG Abstract Alongside Dinera carinifrons (FALLÉN, 1817), the occurrence of a second species in Europe of the Dinera carinifrons species complex has been established. This is the East Palaearctic Dinera fuscata ZHANG & SHIMA, 2006 which occurs as a distinct West Palaearctic subspecies and which is described here as Dinera fuscata occidentalis ssp. nov. ZIEGLER. In order to safeguard the nomenclatural status of the taxa in the Dinera carinifrons species complex, lectotypes are designated for Myocera antho- phila ROBINEAU-DESVOIDY, 1830, Myocera grisescens ROBINEAU-DESVOIDY, 1830, and Amyclaea ser- ©va ROBINEAU-DESVOIDY, 1863. As a consequence, these names all fall as synonyms of Dinera carin- ifrons (FALLÉN, 1817). A detailed redescription is given of Musca carinifrons FALLÉN, 1817. An iden- tification key for the European species of the genus Dinera, as well as a correction and emendment to the identification key for the Palaearctic and Oriental species of the genus Dinera by ZHANG & SHIMA (2006), are given. Collecting data of all the material examined are listed, and the trans-Palae- arctic distribution of Dinera carinifrons as well as the disjunct-Palaearctic distribution of Dinera fuscata are illustrated. Characters of the puparium of Dinera carinifrons are described for the first time. These data are completed with notes on the biology and with information on the host species Agrilinus ater (DE GEER, 1774) and Agrilinus fimetarius (LINNAEUS, 1758) (Coleoptera Scarabaeidae).
