Over the years of our consignment sales, we have had consignors that return and understand our rules and deadlines. We would like to inform the new buyers and sellers of those rules and deadlines for future reference. First and foremost, our sale dates are ALWAYS the first full weekend in MAY & OCTOBER. Second, our horse consignment deadline for the catalog is a month prior to the sale date or until we reach the limit on the number of head. Thirdly, we have a consignment limit of 125 head for each sale. Please remember that if these spaces are filled before the deadline, then no more consignments will be accepted. We start taking new consignments following each sale. Consignment fees are $100 per horse for the regular session OR $150 per horse for the special session and due when consigned. There is no pass out fee and an 8% commission fee will be deducted if the horse is sold. For those who choose to be after the catalog, their horses will be sold on a first come, first served basis. We start giving numbers at 7a.m. Sunday morning. You may bring your paperwork (coggins and/or registration) and reserve early numbers and bring your horse(s) later in the day. No pens will be guaranteed for non-cataloged horses until later on in the sale. There is a $15 pass out fee and an 8% commission fee deducted if sold, but no consignment fee. Please, no uncontrollable stallions. Our next Annual Fall Horse Sale is scheduled for October 8th, 2017, with the catalog deadline of September 11th. Spots will fill fast, so be sure to get your consignment information to us by mail, email ([email protected]), or fax (903) 632- 5458, text (903) 439-9013, or stop in the office with a copy of registration papers, footnotes, and consignor information as soon as possible. ALL Cataloged horses MUST be brought through the ring at their appropriate time to be auctioned. We have advertised this horse to be offered for auction in this catalog which is mailed out to prospective buyers who have traveled and are waiting for this horse to sell. NON-cataloged horses may be bought and sold without going through the ring as long as the transaction is made through our office. Please, all sales through office! Attention Sellers: Thank you for coming and participating in our sale. Without you it wouldn’t be possible. We are always looking for ways to improve our sale and have included a few helpful guidelines that we have learned from past sales that should help things run smoothly today. We will help as much as we can, but we do need some cooperation on your part. If you, the seller, want to leave and go home, be sure and tell someone in the office of your intentions and your reserve so that we can make arrangements to have your horse brought through the ring and sold for you in your absence. If arrange- ments are not made, your horse could be sold at the end of the sale, once located, and for any amount. ****If you decide to pull your horse early for what ever reason before or the day of the sale, then you are required to pay the catalog fee or pass out fee, your papers will be held for one week and then mailed to you. This applies only if you pull your horse early. ****If you can’t lead or ride your horse in the ring, we have people that will for a fee. You must make arrangements, if needed, before sale time! ****Checks WILL NOT be given or mailed until at least Wednesday following the sale. We have been staying up late every night getting things ready. Our books will not close until late Sunday night, and we would like to have an opportunity to look over everything sold and write checks without any errors. Please, please, give us these few days so that my wife & help don’t leave for over working them!! ****We will help you in every way possible. If you need anything or don’t understand something, please ask and we will be happy to accommodate you. We want to sell your horse in an orderly fashion. Your help and understanding would be greatly appreciated! Attention Buyers: TERMS & CONDITIONS BIDDING Each horse will sell to the highest bidder with permission of the seller.
