1. Travel Plus Local Spending Redemption Programme Terms and Conditions for Travel Plus Local Spending Redemption Programme: 1. Travel Plus Local Spending Redemption Programme (refers to “Redemption Programme”) is applicable to BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card / ATM cards issued in Hong Kong bearing logo (refers to “Eligible UnionPay Card”). 2. Cardholders are eligible to redeem complimentary HK$300 Mannings Gift Vouchers (refers to “Gift Vouchers”) upon spending of HK$4,500 or above (up to 5 sales slips, in single designated currency from single designated destination with the same Eligible UnionPay Card, based on preset exchange rate for this Redemption Programme) in either Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore or Taiwan region (refers to “Travel Spending”) from 1 August to 31 August 2017 (refers to “Travel Spending Period”) plus a single spending of HK$300 or above at any merchant at designated malls of Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited (refers to “SHK Real”) in Hong Kong (namely apm, East Point City, MOKO, Tai Po Mega Mall, Tsuen Wan Plaza, V city and wtc more, refers to “Designated SHKP Malls”) (refers to “Local Spending”) from 1 August to 10 September 2017 (refers to “Local Spending & Redemption Period”) with the same Eligible UnionPay Card. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network. 3. Each Cardholder is eligible to participate in the Redemption Programme twice with the same Eligible UnionPay Card at each Designated SHKP Mall within the Local Spending & Redemption Period. Each sales slip can only be used once for redemption regardless of its amount. 4. Upon spending the designated amount at the Designated SHKP Mall, Cardholders must present the valid travel spending sales slip, local spending sales slip and the corresponding Eligible UnionPay Card in person at the redemption location of that Designated SHKP Mall on the transaction day during the redemption hours to redeem the Gift Vouchers. Cardholders must present the valid travel spending sales slip(s) dated within Travel Spending Period, local spending sales slip dated within Local Spending & Redemption Period and the corresponding Eligible UnionPay Card bearing the same card number as that on the sales slips. Redemption is valid after verification by staff members. Expired sales slips will not be accepted. 7. Sales slips used for the Redemption Programme cannot be reused in other promotion programmes and vice versa. 8. Eligible amount is calculated based on individual Eligible UnionPay Card’s card number. The transaction amount by the primary and supplementary card under the same Cardholder will be calculated separately. Eligible amount will only include the actual spending amount (only including the net payment amount after deduction of applicable discounts, privileged coupons or cash coupons). 9. Merchant invoices, receipts and sales slips from the following merchants or transactions will not be accepted for the Redemption Programme: purchase and use of merchant coupons (such as bakery voucher, food voucher, cash coupon, gift card), purchase of tickets (such as concert ticket), purchase of admission tickets to Ma Wan Park Noah’s Ark or sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck, use of SHKP Mall Gift Certificates, wet market, banking services inside Designated SHKP Malls, properties agency, medical and dental / clinic services, cross-border coach, travel agency, carwash and car care services, car parking, banquet, tenants in office building, temporary exhibition booth, kiosk, exhibition venue, insurance premium, Apple store, telecommunication agency, any payment services (no matter related to credit card account or not), any monthly fee and telecommunication fee, any value-added services, trade-in transaction, purchase of calling cards, tuition fee / membership fee payment, mail orders, fax orders, email orders, phone orders, online shopping, or any other trades decided by UnionPay International Hong Kong Branch (“UnionPay Hong Kong”) and Designated SHKP Malls. Sales invoices, receipts or sales slips in copies, handwritten-styled or reprint and bank statement will not be accepted. 10. Cancelled, refunded, forged and unsettled transactions or any ineligible transaction designated by the bank are not accepted. 11. Sales slips that are damaged, out-dated and unable to show clearly the transaction dates, time, amounts, currencies or without showing any card numbers are not acceptable. 12. The first 6 and last 4 digits or the first 12/16 digits of Eligible UnionPay Card’s card number, Cardholder's name, information on the merchant sales invoices and sales slips will be collected for internal record during redemption. 13. The personal information collected will be kept and used by UnionPay Hong Kong, SHK Real and Designated SHKP Malls for this Redemption Programme only, and will be destroyed 90 days after the Redemption Programme. 14. A total quota of 3,000 sets of Gift Vouchers is available for redemption at all Designated SHKP Malls throughout the whole Local Spending & Redemption Period on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts. 15. Gift Vouchers will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage, and cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash under any conditions once they are issued. 16. Terms and conditions of Gift Vouchers apply. Please refer to the Gift Vouchers for details. The Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash in any cases and are bound by the terms and conditions set by the service providers. 17. Participation in Redemption Programme constitutes an acceptance of all terms and conditions of the Redemption Programme. 18. In case of fraud or abuse, UnionPay Hong Kong, SHK Real and Designated SHKP Malls reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholders immediately and retain the right for legal action. 19. UnionPay Hong Kong, SHK Real, Designated SHKP Malls and BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd. shall not take any responsibility for any dispute related to the promotion mechanism. 20. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. .
