CHAIRMAN We are so glad you are here. Tonight is the realization of months of planning and hard work, and the CORONA Chamber Board thanks our chair of the event, Don Williamson of the Corona History Association. Don will become our Chairman of the Board in 2020. We hope you enjoyed the VIP reception with wine donated by Shannon Seif, Realtor with Keller Williams Corona. Be sure to stop by the photo booth provided by R & J Entertainment. We are fortunate to have many Active Duty Military, National Guardsmen, Reservists and Blue/Gold Star Moms & Dads as our guests because of the generosity of our sponsors (listed in this booklet, as well as on the screens). We ask that when you visit or see any of these businesses, you share our thanks for their financial support. Shout out to Konica Minolta for printing these beautiful programs! Our Legislative Action Outreach and Advocacy and other member benefits will be funded by tonight’s proceeds, hosted at the beautiful DoubleTree Hotel. We hope you will generously participate in the exciting live, silent and online auctions, opportunity drawings, and our Card Game, where up to two people can each potentially win 50 Bottles of Wine and Spirits. A description of how the game works can be found in this program. NEW this year, one attendee will win a 55” TV in a fun Heads or Tails Game.     Last Updated: 08/29/18 DOLPHINS RETIRED JERSEYS BOB GRIESE #12 Bob Griese’s No. 12 jersey became the first Dolphin number to be retired, on May 6, 1982, in ceremonies at the Dolphins’ annual awards banquet. No other player in the history of the Dolphins, either before or after Griese, wore No. 12 in regular season play. Griese was further recognized when he was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1990. For a full bio of Griese, please see the Hall of Fame section of the media guide. DAN MARINO #13 Dan Marino’s No. 13 jersey became the second Dolphins uniform number to be retired, on Sunday, Sept. 17, 2000, at halftime of the Dolphins-Baltimore Ravens game. He was also inducted into the Dolphins Honor Roll on that date. Marino was further honored when he was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2005.
