I am imagining that outdoor celebrations were put on hold. 7th September—Navigators Assembly Mr 9 year old woke on Saturday morning to tell me it was the first day of 14th September—Explorers Assembly spring. My response to that was, that I’m pretty sure no one else got that 17th September—Rural and Roses Cross memo. It is hard to believe that we can actually have more rain. But down Country it comes!!! 21st September—Assembly We had a great week with the ASB Getwise facilitator, Callum 28th September—Term Three ends Braithwaite, in the school. The programme inspires and engages students to become Cash Clever Kiwis. It was great to hear our juniors Father’s Day Raffle Result singing the catchy tunes that Callum had introduced. Thank you to everyone for their support of our Father’s Day raffle. This week’s programme includes the annual Kapahaka festival. Congratulations and enjoy your Presentation of Taonga and 2.40pm T.A.P.S hand over to Pirongia hamper Bevan. School, who will be hosting this event next year. The doors to the event centre will close just before each performance so if you are intending on watching our students perform we suggest you are there at 10am to ensure you do not miss out. A very special thank you to Delwyn and Serita for making this possible for our students. You are both treasures and we are so lucky that you share your talents with us. There will be an assembly this week hosted by the Navigators. My understanding is that the dental clinic will be moving on Thursday so this may make our parking situation a little easier. If weather permits I will however ask that as many as possible park on the top field to assist with Staff Email Addresses the congestion.
