Baysox vs. Richmond The Buck Starts Here: 2019 marks Buck Britton's first season as manager of the Bowie Baysox. Britton replaces 2019 Record: 0-0 Gary Kendall, who was the head man in Bowie from 2011-2018. Britton picked up his first victory as a AA manager on April 7 against the Harrisburg Senators. Last season, Britton managed the Delmarva Shorebirds, leading the club to a 68-66 record. Prior to getting into coaching, Britton played nine seasons in Minor League Baseball, and spent parts of 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 with the Baysox.
