The IDE embodies an open-data approach using best of breed technologies, including both open-source and commercial off the shelf components to enable better decision-making and problem solving for all users to support a replicable, extensible, sustainable platform for data ingestion and dissemination. The IDE drives performance metrics for program monitoring and evaluation.
