Termos E Condições Para a Utilização Dos Cartões Bradesco Para Pagamento Disney+ TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES PARA A UTILIZAÇÃO DOS CARTÕES BRADESCO PARA PAGAMENTO DISNEY+ O presente Termos e Condições para UTILIZAÇÃO DOS CARTÕES BRADESCO PARA PAGAMENTO DISNEY + (“Termo”) disciplina as regras e condições sob as quais o Banco Bradesco S.A (“Bradesco”) e o Banco Bradescard S.A. (“Bradescard”), conjuntamente denominados de “Emissores”, promovem aos associados dos seus cartões de crédito abaixo indicados condições diferenciadas para o pagamento do plano de assinatura anual do streaming Disney+ (Disney+). 1. CARTÕES PARTICIPANTES Poderão se beneficiar das condições diferenciadas para o pagamento do plano de assinatura anual do Disney+, conforme indicadas no item 2 abaixo, os Associados Titulares (“Associados”) dos cartões de crédito emitidos pelo Bradesco na modalidade pessoa física, nas bandeiras Elo, Visa, American Express e Mastercard e, os Associados dos cartões de crédito emitidos pelo Bradescard na modalidade pessoa física, EXCETO OS CARTÕES CASAS BAHIA, CARTÕES CENCOSUD, CARTÕES COMPCARD, CARTÕES DROGASIL, CARTÕES LUIGI BERTOLLI, CARTÕES COOP, CARTÕES LEADER E CARTÕES PRIVATE LABEL. NÃO PARTICIPAM OS CARTÕES EMITIDOS PELOS EMISSORES NA MODALIDADE PESSOA JURÍDICA. 2. CONDIÇÕES DIFERENCIADAS PARA OS CLIENTES BRADESCO 2.1. Os Associados dos Cartões Participantes que indicarem no aplicativo Bradesco (APP Bradesco), aplicativo Bradesco Cartões (App Bradesco Cartoes), aplicativo Next (App Next) ou Internet Banking Bradesco (bradesco.com.br) um desses cartões como meio de pagamento do PRIMEIRO PLANO ANUAL DE ASSINATURA DO DISNEY+ (Plano Anual) por eles contratado com a Disney, e mantiverem esse cartão como meio de pagamento por todo o prazo de vigência (12 meses) do Plano Anual se beneficiarão com uma das condições (Parcelas de Presentes) a seguir indicadas: (A) 6 (SEIS) PRIMEIRAS PARCELAS DE PRESENTES NO PLANO ANUAL DO DISNEY+ PARA OS SEGUINTES CARTÕES PARTICIPANTES: Bradesco Visa Aeternum, Bradesco Visa Infinite, Bradesco Smiles Visa Infinite, Bradesco Elo Nanquim Diners Club, Bradesco Elo Nanquim, Bradesco Seguros Elo Nanquim e The Platinum Card. Após o Associado indicar no aplicativo Bradesco (APP Bradesco), aplicativo Bradesco Cartões (App Bradesco Cartoes), aplicativo Next (App Next) ou Internet Banking Bradesco (bradesco.com.br) o Cartão Participante como meio de pagamento do Plano Anual do Disney+ e efetuar a contratação desse plano no site da Disney+ indicado nos Canais Bradesco, e sendo ela confirmada pela Disney aos Emissores, o valor do Plano Anual contratado de R$ 334,80 (trezentos e trinta e quatro reais e oitenta centavos) será lançado para pagamento no Demonstrativo Mensal do Cartão Participante em 12 (doze) parcelas mensais, sendo dessa quantidade de parcelas desconsideradas as Parcelas de Presentes de acordo com a modalidade do Cartão Participante indicado no item 2.1 acima. Após o término das Parcelas de Presentes serão lançadas para pagamento no Demonstrativo Mensal as parcelas remanescentes da assinatura do Plano Anual do Disney+. O Cartão Participante deverá estar ativo no ato da sua indicação como meio de pagamento do Plano Anual Disney+. 2.3. O Cartão Participante deverá ser mantido pelo Associado como meio de pagamento do Plano Anual do Disney+ por todo o período de vigência da assinatura (12 meses) para a obtenção das Parcelas Presentes indicadas no item 2.1. 2.3.1. Se durante a vigência da assinatura do Plano Anual do Disney+ com pagamento por meio dos Cartões Participantes indicados nas alíneas (A) e (B) do item 2.1 acima ocorrer uma das seguintes situações (doravante denominadas Cancelamento): (I) o cancelamento do pagamento do Plano Anual do Disney+ por meio do Cartão Participante, (II) o cancelamento do Cartão Participante, por qualquer motivo (exceto fraude, perda, danos e roubo); (III) a inadimplência do Demonstrativo Mensal do Cartão Participante indicado para pagamento do Plano Anual Disney+ o Associado efetuará o pagamento do valor do Plano Anual Disney+ na seguinte proporção a depender do mês de assinatura que ocorreu o Cancelamento e, permanecerá com acesso ao Disney+ pelos meses remanescentes: MÊS DE PLANO ANUAL DISNEY+ COM PLANO ANUAL DISNEY+ COM CANCELAMENTO 3(TRÊS) PARCELAS DE 6(SEIS) PARCELAS DE PRESENTE PRESENTE 1 R$ 251,10 R$ 167,40 2 R$ 251,10 R$ 167,40 3 R$ 251,10 R$ 167,40 4 R$ 223,20 R$ 167,40 5 R$ 195,30 R$ 167,40 6 R$ 167,40 R$ 167,40 7 R$ 139,50 R$ 139,50 8 R$ 111,60 R$ 111,60 9 R$ 83,70 R$ 83,70 10 R$ 55,80 R$ 55,80 11 R$ 27,90 R$ 27,90 2.3.2. A indicação dos Cartões Participantes previstos na letra (C) do item 2.1 acima para o pagamento do Plano Anual do Disney+ somente poderá ser cancelada na renovação da respectiva assinatura. Se durante a vigência da primeira assinatura do Plano Anual do Disney+ ocorrer (I) o cancelamento desses Cartões Participantes, por qualquer motivo, ou (II) inadimplência do respectivo Demonstrativo Mensal, o valor total das parcelas da assinatura ainda remanescentes será lançado para pagamento no Demonstrativo Mensal em uma única vez, permanecendo com acesso ao Disney+ pelos meses remanescentes. 2.3.3. Não será possível a troca do Cartão Participante indicado para o pagamento do Plano Anual do Disney+ por outro meio de pagamento ainda que seja por outro Cartão Participante. 2.4. A impossibilidade de lançamento no Cartão Participante indicado dos valores das parcelas do Plano Anual do Disney+ contratado pelo Associado, por quaisquer motivos, especialmente pelo bloqueio, cancelamento ou falta de limite poderá ocasionar o rompimento ou cancelamento da assinatura do Disney+. 2.5. Os Associados dos Cartões Participantes poderão se beneficiar com apenas uma das condições indicadas nas alíneas do item 2.1., ou seja, limitada uma condição por Cadastro de Pessoa Física (CPF), sem prejuízo de poderem aderir a mais de um plano de assinatura do Disney+ e também indicar o seu Cartão de Crédito ou Débito Bradesco ou Cartão de Crédito Bradescard como meio de pagamento, mas sem a concessão das referidas condições pelos Emissores. 2.6. As condições indicadas no item 2.1. serão concedidas apenas na primeira assinatura do Plano Anual do Disney+ com pagamento por meio dos Cartões Participantes. Finalizada a primeira vigência da assinatura do Plano Anual do Disney+ ela será renovada automaticamente pela Disney e assim sucessivamente, sendo que os valores dos planos renovados serão lançados para pagamento no Cartão Participante inicialmente indicado pelo Associado e caso não queira manter o seu cartão como meio de pagamento dessas assinaturas, poderá efetuar o respectivo cancelamento nos Canais Bradesco. 3. DISPOSIÇÕES GERAIS 3.1. Os Emissores poderão conceder outras condições, a seu exclusivo critério, por eventos temporários e/ou específicos, de acordo com a modalidade dos seus cartões de crédito e/ou produtos

    Brazil Reach 200 million shoppers A guide to payments in LATAM’s biggest ecommerce market INTRODUCTION Before rushing to translate your website into Portuguese, or scouting for office space in São Paulo, it is worth taking the time to consider how your potential Brazilian customers might like to pay for your goods or services. Card penetration in Brazil is relatively high at 69% , but it is important to know that Brazilians rarely pay for anything outright and 80% of online transactions are paid in installments. Additionally, cash- based methods such as Boleto Bancário are popular, and will give businesses access to Brazilians without credit cards. Furthermore, restrictions on banks and currency controls mean that, from an outside perspective, entry into Brazil is not always straightforward. This document will walk you through some of the key issues international merchants should consider prior to market entry, including local payment legislation and payment methods, based on extensive on-the-ground experience.
