This form must be approved by the FIVB 30 days before the start of the event and sent out -20 days by the Organizers to all participating NFs, FIVB Sponsors and FIVB Delegates via e-mail.

Please note that reservation of training can be made one day in advance for the next day only and each team is entitled to make one reservation per day. Additional training session may be available only if the courts will be available. Transportation will be available on the 28th from the hotel to the venue and back. You can inquire about the transportation from the hotel to the venue from Rachel (contact information above).

The detailed match schedule will be published immediately on the FIVB website once approved by the FIVB Technical Delegate onsite. It will be no later than 1 hour after the end of last match of day or 1 hour after the seeding list is established after Preliminary Inquiry.

2.6 Uniform and Accessories:

The playing tops/tanks will be provided by the organizer for all Main Draw and Qualification players. Shorts/bottoms and accessories must be provided by the players and/or by their sponsors.

If required by the FIVB Technical Delegate, other uniforms and accessories will be checked during the Preliminary Inquiry.

Athletes of the same team must wear the same colour and style of shorts. The display of the individual players' sponsors' logos on shorts and accessories must comply with the FIVB Sports Regulations and Handbook. 4

2.7 Prize Money:

For an event offering USD 75’000 per gender, the following breakdown applies (per gender in USD):

The Prize Money of the event will be paid by the FIVB to the athletes (via bank transfer) as per the below chart:

Note:

The tax at source might be implemented as per the fiscal regulations/laws in the countries where the tournament is held.

The athlete is responsible for paying the relevant taxes for his/her earnings in his/her own country and he/she must update both his/her bank account details and his/her personal information at the beginning of the contract year through the VIS system. Please double check your personal profile and consult the FIVB Delegate at the Preliminary Inquiry should there be any questions.

If Prize Money is paid by the FIVB or promoter via bank transfer, in case of unsuccessful payment, after three (3) attempts to contact the athlete, the FIVB Finance Department will send an official letter (to the NF and to the athlete) to inform them of the money transfer to the respective NF that will be debited within the following 5-10 days. In case of no response, the athlete’s VISASP account is then debited and the FIVB Finance Department informs the FIVB IT Department to book the payment in VISASP.

3. GENERAL MATTERS

3.2 Arrival and Departure

The official airport confirmed by the organizer is as follows:

Organizer will provide free airport transfer from Oct. 28th to Oct. 30th for the Main Draw players only, while others will be charged for the airport transfer service.

The organizers will provide the Main Draw teams with hotel accommodation (one double room for every team) in the Organizer's designated hotel and with meals from the evening before the start of the Main Draw until the day after the elimination of the teams from the event, breakfast included.

Athletes will be personally responsible for all extras at the hotel such as mini-bar, phone calls, laundry, etc. to be paid upon checkout.

Organizers will not be required to make reservations for coaches, guests, teams’ physiotherapists, friends, or family members accompanying the participating athletes.

Athletes (or their National Federations) will be required to apply early enough for their entry visas, whenever needed and will be accountable for all visa expenses.

3.5 Insurance

Athletes must have their own liability and medical insurance.

3.6 Medical Controls

The FIVB reserves the right to perform random medical controls on the participating athletes and alcohol tests on the officials, as per FIVB rules and regulations.

3.7 Accreditation

Organizers will provide all Organizing Committee members, FIVB Officials, referees, athletes, VIPs, journalists, technical staff, court personnel, volunteers, etc. with an official accreditation card and will ensure that only people with appropriate accreditation will access the designated venue areas.

4. OTHER

机场大巴上车点。由于从机场前往钦州的机场大巴共有 2 个站点，其中，万国

饭店为最终站点，大巴司机将举起赛事标牌向您示意大巴已经抵达万国饭店。

After signing up or purchasing shuttle tickets at the counter of ‘Long

Distance Bus Tickets’, please follow our staff to the shuttle parking spot. For your reference, there are 2 stops from the airport to Qinzhou, and Wan Guo

Hotel is the last stop. The shuttle driver will hold our event sign to indicate that the shuttle has arrived Wan Guo Hotel.
