This means that you get the perfect brew but it can sometimes take a little while so please be patient. We are not a fast coffee chain and never want to be one! When ordering tea you can choose: 1. STANDARD A properly brewed pot of hot tea using the correct temperature and steeping time. Unlimited reinfusions of hot water to get the most out of the leaves (if you are drinking in). 2. ICED Most of our tea can be brewed fresh and flash chilled for a refreshing iced tea. 3. GONG FU WING RE B U F G N O If you see G next to the tea then you can choose to brew this tea yourself using a tea ceremony set (with full instructions). This is great for those in groups or those that just want the best flavour possible out of their tea. There is a setup fee of £5 plus the cost of the tea. This includes use of a dedicated tea ceremony set for up to 90 minutes and a maximum of 4 people. The reason why it is more expensive is because we give you a lot more leaf. Booking recommended.
