Comme vous, j’y suis particulièrement attaché. Nous avons en effet la chance de vivre dans un département exceptionnel. Exceptionnel de par sa qualité de vie, son histoire, sa culture, sa diversité, son dynamisme… La liste de ses atouts serait trop longue à égrener. Parce que nous aimons le 64, nous lui consacrons le dossier central de ce maga- Czine qui fête son 64e numéro. Dans ces pages, vous lirez le témoignage de ces habitants qui parlent avec amour de leur département. Nous avons choisi de nous écarter des sentiers battus en donnant la parole à ces femmes et à ces hommes qui mènent des initiatives originales, représentatives de ce caractère unique des Pyrénées-Atlantiques. Un vaste débat national s’est engagé sur le devenir des Conseils généraux. Amou- reux et fiers de notre département, nous, élus et agents du Conseil général, sommes attachés aux missions que nous y menons. Celles-ci sont indispensables à la solidarité entre habitants, indispensables à la cohésion et au développement de notre territoire. Quelles que soient les orientations que prendront les futures réformes nationales, ces missions devront être poursuivies. Aussi, je veux une nouvelle fois vous assurer ici que je défendrai nos actions avec tous les moyens qui me seront donnés.

    Press Release FEBRUARY 03, 2011 Renault unveils new “XV de France” versions Renault yesterday unveiled its new “XV de France” versions of Clio and Mégane at the Marcoussis National Rugby Centre. The ceremony was attended by three players from the French rugby team, acting as brand ambassadors: Imanol Harinordoquy, Morgan Parra and Sylvain Marconnet. At the event, Renault also presented the advertising campaign that will be backing the product launch, which kicks off for the 2011 Six Nations Championship. Renault is marking its third year of rugby involvement with “XV de France” versions of Clio (three­door, five­door and estate versions) and Mégane (hatch, coupé and estate), which will now be selling year­round. The “XV de France” versions sport a distinctive Marron Glacé body signed with the FFR (French Rugby Federation) coat of arms, special aluminium wheels, and a chic “club” interior with special dashboard and upholstery. They come richly appointed with equipment including satnav, Bluetooth MP3 and CD sound system, automatic air conditioning, and cruise control with speed limiter. Renault support for the French rugby team in 2011 After two years of “XV de France” limited editions, Renault is going a step further in 2011 with full­fledged “XV de France” versions of Mégane (estate, hatch and coupé versions) and Clio (three­door, five­door and estate). This move marks an even deeper commitment, mobilizing resources across the board, in design, production, marketing and sales, from the manufacturing facility through to the dealer network of 5,000 outlets. The upgrade from “limited editions” to full­fledged “versions” brings lasting enhancement to the Mégane and Clio personality.
