Pre -Feasibility Report 1 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Chikhalagar Sand Quarry area is situated at Adjacent Khasra No. 31,157,111,156 of Village Chikhalagar, Tehsil- Sengaon District- Hingoli, and Maharashtra. Quarry Area- 0.47Hect. The Purna River Bed Sand Mine/ Sand The area is located on the Purna River Bed towards North of the Chikhalgar Village. It can be reached by Yelderi Road which is available at 6.70 km towards North from the project site. Area The climate of the area is tropical with well marked summer/ winter and rainy season. The sand available in the lease area (river bed) shall be mined (raised) by opencast method of mining. The river bed will be explored by few trial pits (after grant of Mining lease) to evaluate the quantum of sand available within the lease area. However accordingly, a rough estimate of about 500 Brass/Annum sand has been assessed to be available in the area. The Draft Mining Plan and Progressive Mine Closure Plan has been approved by DGM govt. of Maharashtra. Copy of Draft Mining Plan and Progressive Mine Closure Plan is enclosed as ANNEXURE – I. The mining will be carried out by Open-cast manual method as per the Draft Mining Plan and Progressive Mine Closure Plan only. The entire mining area is Govt. land with no forest land involved. The proposed production is 500 Brass/Annum. Sand is one of the most sought- building materials for the construction purpose. Since Sand has hard texture and durability. It is used chiefly for construction, pavement of roads and imperviousness to moisture and acid. Sand is a perfect countertop material. The Proposed Mine will also generate plenty of employment opportunity for local people. Economy and socio – economic level of the area will also improve and there will the opportunity for education, health and & sanitation, transport and other development.     Scanned with CamScanner DISTRICT SURVEY REPORT-HINGOLI CHPATER -1 INTRODUCTION As per Gazette Notification of 15th January, 2016 of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change a survey shall be carried out by the District Environment Impact Assessment Authority (DEIAA) with assistance of Irrigation department, Drainage department, Forest department, Mining department and Revenue department in district of preparation of District Survey Report as per the sustainable sand mining guidelines, 2016 to ensure identification of area of aggradations or deposition where mining can be allowed, and identification of areas of erosion and proximity to infrastructural structures and installation where mining should be prohibited and calculation of annual rate of replenishment and allowing time for replenishment after mining in thatarea. Every effort has been made to cover sand mining locations, areas and overviews of mining activity in the district with all the relevant features pertaining to geology and mineral wealth in replenish- able and non-replenish-able areas of rivers, stream and other sources. The mineral potential is calculated based on field investigation taking coordinates of the area and gather all relevant information and geology of the catchment area of the river or stream. Also as per the site condition and location depth of mineable mineral is defined. The area of removal of mineral in the river and stream is decided on geomorphology and other factors, it can be 50% to 60% of the area of a particular river or stream. This District Survey Report shall form the basis of application for environmental, preparation of reports and appraisal of projects. HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE: The district „Hingoli‟ was created bifurcating the Parbhani district and formed on 24th April 1999.

Chalawade Department of Soil Science and Agril.Chemistry, Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani, India *Corresponding author: ABSTRACT Studies on “Fertility mapping of soils from Hingoli and Sengaon tahsils of Hingoli district” was carried out to investigate the nutrient status of these soils. From each village five representative soil samples were collected and from each tahsil twenty villages were selected. Hundred samples were collected from each tahsil and total 200 soil samples were collected from Hingoli and Sengaon tahsil. Available N content of Hingoli soils were -1 -1 ranged from 105.62 to 457.85 Kg ha with a mean value of 183.04 Kg ha. The available K e yw or ds phosphorus content in these soils were varied from 5.28 to 20.07 Kg ha-1 with a mean -1 value of 10.09 Kg ha . The available potassium content varies from 129.70 to 1053.40 Kg Nutrient, ha-1 with an average value of 498.59 Kg ha-1 K. Soils from Sengaon tahsils varies in Mapping, -1 -1 Fertility, available N from 112.88 to 313.60 Kg ha with an average value of 216.42 Kg ha .

The candidates were assessed keeping in view their competency, legal knowledge and other relevant factors related to the selection of Notary as per requirement of the Notaries Act, 1952, the Notaries Rules, 1956 and the relevant guidelines by the Interview Board constituted for the purpose by the Central Government. On the basis of the performance of the candidates before the Interview Board, the Interview Board has recommended names of the following candidates for appointment as notaries for the State of Maharashtra. 2. All the successful candidates, whose names appear in the below mentioned list, will be issued Appointment Letters for appointment as Notary shortly. The candidates are strictly advised not to visit this Office personally for submission of any document or for issue of certificate of practice. Only after receiving appointment letter from this Department, the concerned candidate is required to send the documents mentioned in the appointment letter.
