Participants staying at other hotels must make their own transportation arrangements. LIFE INSURANCE Each participant must provide proof or his/her international or national life insurances before arriving. In case of an accident or health problem inside or outside the campus, INCAE is not responsible. Each participant should be responsible to cover his/her medical expenses, transportation and medicines if required in cash or credit card. Please verify with your insurance company the procedure to utilize your insurance policy in Costa Rica if required. VISAS All foreign nationals must have a passport valid for at least six months after the date of their arrival in Costa Rica. National of the following countries require a consular visa (except those who have a visa to enter the United States, Canada, South Korea, Japan, the EU countries, and/or a Schengen visa, valid for a minimum or three months after their arrival date) : Nationals of the countries marked with an asterisk (*) also require to show proof of vaccination against yellow fever, applied at least 10 days before their departure date.
