Above the store, we were also given responsibility to oversee
work on the brand’s Wholesale and Head Office project. This required a full fit out of a 1,550 m2 UK showroom space on the second floor and the new 700 m2 Head Office space on the third floor, at a total cost of £2.4 million.
rpa:group’s Project Management Division oversaw the delivery
of projects across the UK and Ireland, including Flagships in Dublin, London’s Regent Street and Brompton Road.
The Brompton Road location was a 1,350 m2 project with a total fit out cost of £3 million. Completed in 4
months, the project incorporated detailed structural work within an existing Victorian building and included a new staircase installation, a new shop front and three lifts.
Having successfully managed the initial fit out of the Regent Street store, we also carried out a complete refit to subsequently update it. The 1,400 m2 space required
detailed structural work and the installation of a new
cantilevered staircase from the basement to the first floor. The work was successfully completed within 4 months.

oscar de la renta
The rpa:group Project Management team worked alongside
our Architecture team on Oscar de la Renta’s first UK store in Mayfair London. The brand has an international reputation
for providing chic high end fashion and now has stores
in 14 locations around the globe. The 430 m2 fit out was undertaken over a four month period at a cost of £1.4 million.
The space included a vast amount of period detailing and involved the inclusion of an existing staircase to
the upper floors and the installation of a new staircase
which linked the ground and basement areas. The project was complicated by the discovery of inherent building defects and all works undertaken to remedy these were overseen by rpa:group without delay to the programme.
