    ODISHA POLICE STATE HEADQUARTERS CUTTACK. Dtd. 2s.o4.2021 DGP visited Balasore today (25.04.202Ll' to review Covid enforcement measures. DGP reviewed the ongoing enforcement drive in Balasore and Mayurbhanj Districts, especially implementation of night curfew, weekend shutdown, functioning of border check posts and preparedness to ramp up Police assistance further to tackle Covid-19. DGP interacted with Policemen engaged i4. enforcement duties and verified about their well being and operational matters. Balasore police has acted against 5590 number of mask usage and social distancing rule violators and collected fine Rs. 21,19,090 in special drive. Similarly, Mayurbhanj police has acted against 495t number of mask usage and social distancing rule violators and collected fine Rs.2t,44,3L0 in special drive. Total 1225 no of police personnel have been vaccinated in Balasore district and 1496 in Mayurbhanj. DGP also reviewed the border sealing arrangement at Laxmannath and Udaypur in Balasore, Hatibari and Chaksuliapada in Mayurbhanj district on West Bengal border. 7 platoons force have been deployed for Covid enforcement duty in Balasore district and 4 platoons in Mayurbhanj. Border Check Points at 6 places under Jaleswar PS, 4 under Kamarda PS, 7 under in Bhograi PS, under Palseri PS, 3 No of Raibania PS in Balasore district, 4 place under Rasgobindpur PS, 4 under Morada PS, 13 under Suliapada PS, 9 under Chandua PS and 4 under Jharpokharia PS in Mayurbhanj district have been established to check interstate movement between Odisha and West Bengal' ADG Law & Order accompanied the DGP during his visit. lG ER, SPs Balasore and Mayurbhanj attended the review.

SHRI SAPTAGIRI SANKAR ULAKA: Will the Minister of TRIBAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state: (a) the details of the work accomplished under Integrated Tribal Development Project in Odisha during the last three years; (b) the details of the funds allocated and utilized under Integrated Tribal Development Project during the last three years; (c) whether the above undertaken work has been reviewed; and (d) if so, the results and the reaction of the Government on the said outcome? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE, TRIBAL AFFAIRS (SMT. RENUKA SINGH SARUTA) (a) & (b): Under the schemes/progrmmes namely Article 275(1) of the Constitution of India and Special Central Assistance to Tribal Sub-Scheme (SCA to TSS), funds are released to State Government to undertake various activities as per proposals submitted by the respective State Government and approval thereof by the Project Appraisal Committee (PAC) constituted in this Ministry for the purpose. Funds under these schemes are not released directly to any ITDP/ITDA. However, funds are released to State for implementation of approved projects either through Integrated Tribal Development Projects (ITDPs)/Integrated Tribal Development Agencies (ITDAs) or through appropriate agency. The details of work/projects approved during the last three years \under these schemes to the Government of Odisha are given at Annexure-I & II. (c) & (d): The following steps are taken to review/ monitor the performance of the schemes / programmes administered by the Ministry: (i) During Project Appraisal Committee (PAC) meetings the information on the completion of projects etc.

INTRODUCTION: The budget speech (2017-18) of the Finance Minister announced setting up of “Mahila Shakti Kendra” is meant to provide “one stop convergent support services for empowering rural women with opportunities for skill development, employment, digital literacy, health and nutrition”. Accordingly, a new sub-scheme namely Mahila Shakti Kendra (MSK) under the Umbrella Scheme Pradhan Mantri Mahila ShashaktikaranYojana (PMMSY) has been approved for implementation during 2017-18 upto 2019-20.The Scheme will provide an interface for rural women to approach the government for availing their entitlements and for empowering them through awareness generation, training and capacity building.
