Assistant coach of Black Stars The primary role is the performance of the national team, assisting Avram Grant (Head Coach). Also overseen youth national teams and video analysis department.

Achievements: · First team: African Cup of Nations (Equatorial Guinea 2015): Runners up (Silver medal after losing by penalties against Cote d’Ivoire) · u-20 team: AFC (Senegal 2015): 3rd position / qualified for New Zealand World Cup

February 2016 – FC BARCELONA

Head of Academy Coaching The primary role is the performance of the coaches academy and academy players from u9 to u21 (Development Squad). Including planning and conducting the coaches education, team programmes and oversees training sessions and matches.
