    Plochá dráha - IV/2010 První letošní plo- chodrážní Grand Prix hostilo polské Leszno Autor: Vladimír Neumann Foto: Pavel Fišer, město Leszno a archív autora 24. dubna hostilo polské Leszno na stadiónu Al- freda Smoczyka první závod plochodrážního se- riálu Grand Prix jako Velkou cenu Evropy. Jak již to bývá v Polsku zvykem, stadión byl zaplněn do posledního místa a závod byl parádní podívanou. Obhájce loňského titulu mistra světa australan Jason Crump vykročil skvěle i do letošního roč- níku. Ve čtvrté jízdě se utkal se svým mladičkým krajanem Chrisem Holderem. Hned od startu se dostal do čela Chris Holder následován Jasonem Crumpem, Magnusem Zetterströmem ze Švéd- ska a Dánem Hansem Andersenem. Až do po- sledního kola sváděli Holder s Crumpem nádherný souboj, ve kterém získal nakonec ví- tězství zkušený Crump. Tato jízda byla jednou European Speedway Grand Prix, Leszno (POL), z nejdramatičtějších v celém závodě. Jason foto: archív autora. Crump si tak připsal první tři body za vítěznou jízdu, což dokázal ještě dvakrát zopakovat a po třech sériích se tak dostal jednoznačně do čela titulu skončil v základní části závodu na druhém závodu s devíti body. Ačkoliv v poslední sérii ne- místě s deseti získanými body. O jeden bod více bodoval, nakonec loňský obhájce mistrovského vybojoval domácí a zároveň klubový jezdec Ja- roslav Hampel. Velkým překva- pením závodu se stal další polský jezdec Janusz Kolodziej, kterému byla pro závod udě- lena divoká karta. V základní části závodu vybojoval čtvrtou pozici, což mu zaručovalo po- stup do semifinále. Mladičký Rus Emil Sajfutdinov, jenž v loňském roce překvapivě zís- kal bronzovou medaili v seriálu Grand Prix, skončil po dvaceti jízdách na třetí pozici a doka- Stadión Alfreda Smoczyka, Leszno (POL), foto: město Leszno.
