2016- 2021 : Trainer, advisor and Education expert, Paris, (France, China) Task : to educate, train and mentor students and NATO specialists. Achieved: Educated Master, Bachelor degrees from « College de Paris » schools such as « ASCENCIA bu- siness school, ASCENCIA business school International », « ELFE School », KEYCE Academy , Thierry Marx College (Geopolitics, inter cultural management, personal communication, conflict and problem sol- ving group, total quality management). Contracted by OAKAS Ltd, England. As part of a British team, men- tored, assisted and simulated strategical situation in support of NATO bodies.

2011- 2015 : Intelligence Department Director, NATO SCHOOL Oberammergau (NSO), Deputy Dean substitute, Munich, (Germany) Task : to deploy a strategy for INTELLIGENCE specialists education in accordance with NATO standards. Achieved : Managed an international team of twelve instructors (senior, middle managers from 7 nations) Managed eighteen different courses about anticipation topics Trained about 4000 students from 40 different countries in the meantime. Coordinated the NSO course curriculum with Italy, Germany, UK, USA, France, Canada, Romania. Lectured and briefed (Centre of Excellence for Stability Police Unit in Vicenza Italy (CoESPu), special forces school in Warsaw Poland, Intelligence training joint school Roma Italy, Ecole militaire Paris France, EURO CORPS Strasbourg France, Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) Mons Belgium). Planned, designed and implemented new courses in accordance with operational on going objectives Supported the new Departments implementation (Targeting and irregular warfare departments) by sponso- ring the coming US, Italian and Polish staff. Enhanced the budget department cost efficiency by launching an internal continuous improvement process (we saved 30% of the 300K€ annual budget). As French senior national representative (SNR) I managed the French staff (HR, socials and communication) I chaired the Senior National Representative board (23 nations), by organizing the staff and family indoctri- nation and life support (School parents association, English and German courses, lodging and social) and fixed the cultural misunderstandings.

2004-2011 : Intelligence (INTEL), 6th Light armored brigade, Nîmes, (France) Task : To analyse and assess risks and threats abroad. To train and prepare French Army forces deployments abroad as regards safety. To manage INTEL specialized assets deployment (Electronic Warfare assets, Un- manned Aerial Vehicles (UAV’s), Radars, Field Human Intelligence Teams). To train and rate intel specialists Achieved : 2010 in Republic as mediator/coordinator between rebel and loyal forces in Yamous- soukro. Posted within an integrated command center (ICC) I interfaced between both forces, between French forces and the ICC commander, between French and UN forces in Ivory Coast (UNOCI/ONUCI). 2009 in (Ivory Coast) in charge of preventing, anticipating and managing the risks. Planned the dif- ferent case studies for protecting the local harbor and the international airport. 2007 In Afghanistan as INTEL Department Head, posted in the Regional command capital Kabul (NATO command). Managed a multinational team of 20 (9 nations). Coordinated with the corresponding Afghan security and the allied forces. 2006 in Ivory Coast Republic I coordinated the threats and political on time analysis. Run operational search operations in Western, central and Northern Ivory Coast Republic. 2005 in Kosovo as threat analysis head (Mitrovica) managed a multinational team (3 nations). Issued on time documents (analysis, threat reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis). Briefed international correspon- dents.

2002-2004 : High military education, « Ecole militaire », Paris, (France) Task : To prepare a master degree in international relations and to publish surveys and articles Achieved : Run research around international organisations (EU and UN) and development fund processes. Studied the multicultural process. Published a survey about weaponry industrial cooperation in Europe in 2003. Published a survey in 2004 « Cyber economy in Europe, teleworking as a sustainable development tool » (study approved by the local administrative authority the Alsace regional council). 1999-2002: Project manager, Land Force Command, Lille, (France) Task : To plan, coordinate and implement bilateral cooperation with allied armies Achieved : Managed the bilateral activity section. Managed four hundred cooperation activities between French Army and allied armies (budget 1.5 Million€). Negotiated the cooperation with the US, Germany UK, Spain, Singapore, UEA, Belgium by planning, designing and implementing the bilateral meetings in France and abroad. Checked the correspondant activities implementations.

1997-1999: Operational manager, recruitment center, La Martinique, French west indies, (France) Task : To plan, design and implement the transition/transformation of the recruitment center Achieved : Implemented the transformation from the recruiting system into the new « citizen defense day ». Managed the military staff administration of La Martinique area. Implemented the transformation from the recruitment system into the new professional one.

1991-1997 : Administrative and quality manager, Valenciennes recruitment center (France) Task : To run the operational improvement of an administrative body focusing on HR Achieved : Managed a 20 staff team. As quality manager setting an ISO 9001 certification. As continuous improvement leader/project manager I initiated, planned, designed and implemented the checking and revi- sion of several thousands files in less than 5 months. I trained staff (ca 150) to lead problem solving group.
