I am a homeowner and want to receive additional product or service information. I understand that by entering the information above, I confirm that I am over the age of 18 and I am giving my express permission for you to contact me in the future by means of mail, email or phone (at numbers listed) to provide product, consultation or service information. We pledge to respect the privacy of our customers and GIVEAWAY participants. The information provided will be securely stored by Winchester and/or Winchester dealers and not shared with any third party persons. *Grand, 1st and 2nd prizes include product and a standard installation.

1. ENTRY: Entries must be completed within the applicable Giveaway dates – 5/1/2020 through 4/30/2021 to be eligible. Eligible entries consist of those entries submitted by homeowners residing within active Bristol or Oxford dealer sales territories. 2. SELECTION: Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries in a random drawing. The manufacturer, Winchester Industries, will conduct drawing the month of 7/2021. All decisions relating to the sweepstakes program and winners are Winchester’s and are final. 3. NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by mail and/or phone. Limit one prize per homeowner. Prizes are nontransferable and substitutions are not permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Potential win ners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Content Assignment, and/or Prize Acceptance form , postmarked within 10 days of the date on notification materials. Noncompliance within this time period and/or return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters. Should winner of any prize decide to deny participation for any reason, substitute entries will not be drawn. 4. PURCHASE: In the event a winner has purchased a Bristol product that is all or part of their prize between 5/1/2020 and 4/30/2021 they may elect to substitute other home improvement products that the applicable dealer sells in lieu of the specific prize w on (this excludes installation costs). Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the individual winners. Winners may be asked to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected or late entries. 5. PRIZES: (A) Grand prize, $10,000.00 of Bristol replacement windows* including installation. (B) First prize wins a bay win dow (bay frame and window* units) (C) Second Place wins a Bristol Entry door (Decorator/Low-E/Mini Blinds glass models are not applicable). (D) One hundred (100) third place winners of Super Triple glass when ordering Double glass. All prizes include applicable in stallation charges. (*Window units applicable include those with Super Triple E A-plus and/or colonial or contour grids – additional options such as decorative glass, hub grids, etc. are at the expense of the winner.) Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by the winner is permitted. Prizes will not be redeemed for cash. 6. PUBLICITY/MARKETING: Except where prohibited, your entry in this sweepstakes constitutes your consent to Sponsor to use of yo ur name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown and state or province, and entry (with or without attribution) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide and without further payment or consideration. In addition, Sponsor shall have t he right to use your contact information supplied in connection with this sweepstakes (postal address, telephone number, email address, etc.) for marketing and promotional purposes. 7. SWEEPSTAKES is open to residents of the United States within active Bristol window/door dealers sales area, persons must be eighteen years of age or older and a home owner. This excludes employees and their families of Bristol , its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and families. 8. CANCELLATION: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify this sweepstakes if: (a) a virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the sweepstakes; (b) fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by sponsors, in their sole discretion; and (c) any other circumstances, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, significantly impacting the integrity, fairness or proper operation of the sweepstakes. 9. ADDITIONAL TERMS: It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor of any changes to your contact information. Any attemp t by you to obtain more than the allowed number of entries for any drawing by using multiple/different addresses, identities, or any other methods will disqualify you from this sweepstakes and chance of winning any prize. Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqu alify any individual who tampers with the entry process. 10. OFFER IS VOID where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws. 11. LIST OF WINNERS: For a list of winners, send a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Bristol Great American Winners, Winchester Industries, P.O. Box 160, Saltsburg, PA 15681. The winner’s name, photo and city of residence will be published via direct marketing materials promoting the “Sweepstakes”, as a winner of the Prize. Direct Marketing consists of newspaper advertising, direct mail marketing, banners, billboards and other signs, commercials via television and radio. The winner may be posted on any and all applicable and subsidiary websites.
