This new Thermally Efficient Decorative Georgian Grille System gives IG Fabricators even more choice when simulating traditional multi pane georgian windows. Surface mounted bars can be placed on the glass external surface and the Integra Grille System faithfully reproduces the effect of small window pane georgian sealed units within one sealed unit.

arsavia Georgian Bar VVarsavia Georgian bars are Qualicoat® and Qualanod® certified and suitable for any domestic/commercial applications. The three sizes available cover any Georgian rectangular and patterned requirements in RAL or foiled finishes.

Grilles are assembled using continuous mullions which are drilled or notched at the transom positions. The ends of each transom bar are machined to fit precisely over the mullion.

This method takes more time to produce a grille than the standard square cut and key method but offers a very rigid grille that does not require buffers and it also eliminates the colour matching of keys which can be an issue.
