Played every game, scoring twice, and was named in the team of the tournament. • Left Budućnost in 1991 for Partizan, with whom he lifted back-to-back national titles and two domestic cups. Also established himself in the senior Yugoslavia side, and then Serbia and Montenegro's team, going on to win 27 caps in total. • Moved to Spain and spent six seasons with Espanyol, making 146 Liga appearances. Hung up his boots in 2000, yet six years later came out of retirement for a half-season cameo at Kom after Montenegro's independence from Serbia. • A member of Montenegro's coaching staff since February 2007, he began as Zoran Filipović's assistant before staying on in the same role under Zlatko Kranjčar. In September 2011, he replaced Kranjčar at the Montenegro helm and signed a two-year contract extension after 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifying. Russia: Fabio Capello Date of birth: 18 June 1946 Nationality: Italian Playing career: Spal 1907, AS Roma, Juventus, AC Milan Coaching career: AC Milan (twice), Real Madrid CF (twice), AS Roma, Juventus, England, Russia • Forged a successful playing career, winning four Serie A titles – three with Juventus, one with Milan – and scoring eight goals from midfield in 32 games for Italy, including the winner in the Azzurri's first victory over England at Wembley in November 1973. • Despite lacking coaching experience Capello replaced Arrigo Sacchi at Milan in 1991, launching a hugely impressive five-year spell in which he led a star-studded team to four Italian championships – the first without losing a match – and the 1994 UEFA Champions League, beating Johan Cruyff's FC Barcelona 4-0 in the final. • Left Milan for Real Madrid and lifted the Spanish title in his only season there before an unsuccessful return to Milan. Re-established himself as one of world's foremost coaches at both Roma, where he won the 2000/01 Scudetto, and Juventus, where he ended each of his two campaigns as Serie A champion – only for both titles to be revoked as a result of the sporting fraud scandal. • Another one-year Liga title-winning effort at Madrid (a decade after the first) prompted the Football Association (FA) to appoint him England coach. Took over in January 2008 and steered the side to the 2010 FIFA World Cup with eight straight victories. Stayed on for UEFA EURO 2012 qualifying despite failing to progress beyond the last 16 in South Africa and guided his charges to the finals in Poland and Ukraine. • Stood down from England in February 2012, less than four months before UEFA EURO 2012, but the following summer took the Russia job and led them to the 2014 World Cup, where they failed to progress beyond the group stage. Signed a contract extension in January 2014 to remain in charge until after the 2018 World Cup in Russia. 2 Montenegro - Russia Friday 27 March 2015 - 20.45CET (20.45 local time) Match press kit Gradski Stadion Podgorica, Podgorica Legend :: Previous meetings Goals for/against: Goal totals include the outcome of disciplinary decisions (e.g. match forfeits when a 3-0 result is determined). It develops a novel framework that calls both primordialist and modernist approaches to nationalism and national identity into question before applying that framework to Croatia. In doing so it not only provides a new way of thinking about how national identity is formed and why it is so important but also closely examines 1990s Croatia in a unique way. An explanation of how Croatian national identity was formed in an abstract way by a historical narrative that traces centuries of yearning for a national state is given. The book goes on to show how the government, opposition parties, dissident intellectuals and diaspora change change groups offered alternative accounts of this narrative in order to The formation legitimise contemporary political programmes based on different visions of national identity. It then looks at how these debates were in manifested in social activities as diverse as football and religion, in of Croatian economics and language. ✭ This volume marks an important contribution to both the way we national identity bellamy study nationalism and national identity and our understanding of post-Yugoslav politics and society. Chiara stracolmo ed entusiasmo alle stelle questo pomeriggio per accogliere alcuni dei protagonisti del “Milan degli immortali” una formazione che proprio l’Uefa aveva definito come “la più forte di tutti i tempi”. • Leveraging Entity Linking by Contextualized Background Knowledge a Case Study for News Domain in Italian
Leveraging Entity Linking by Contextualized Background Knowledge A case study for news domain in Italian Andrei Tamilin, Bernardo Magnini, and Luciano Serafini FBK, Center for Information Technology - IRST Via Sommarive 18, 38050 Povo di Trento, Italy ftamilin, magnini,[email protected] Abstract. Entity linking is the process of linking named entity mentions in written texts to entities of background knowledge. On the one hand, information about the context in which entity mentions occurs (e.g., the time, the topic, the geographical location, which the text is relative to) constitutes a critical resource for reducing their ambiguity and for correct entity linking. In fact, without context, mentions are \too little text" to unambiguously refer them to a single entity. On the other hand, in order to profitably exploit contextual information, the background knowledge should be properly organized to support a context-driven ac- cess to it. Based on this observation, this paper proposes a context- driven approach to entity linking, by (1) extending standard semantic web knowledge repositories to cope with knowledge contextualized along temporal, thematic, and geographical dimensions, (2) use automatic con- text detection for text in order to focus the search of entity links in the relevant portions of the knowledge base. The approach has been fully im- plemented into a working system for processing large-scale news archives in Italian. Assessment of the linking performance has been done using a constructed dataset for linking person entities based on 43K manually annotated news stories of the local Italian newspaper \L'Adige". Exper- iments demonstrated comparable performance with respect to available entity linking systems for English, and sustained the robustness of the context-driven linking in the presence of ambiguities.
