mark h lane www.biblenumbersforlife.com THE HOLOCAUST WAS FORETOLD … By Jeremiah INTRODUCTION The Holocaust of the Nazis was ghastly beyond imagination. But Jehovah warned a great slaughter was coming and predicted the years a massive genocide of Jews would happen. But the Jews did not listen. Just as when Jeremiah preached Jerusalem was going to fall the first time, the Jews did not listen. And when Jesus foretold Jerusalem would be destroyed in his generation, the Jews did not listen. Jews – Jehovah love them – don’t listen to the Prophets they hear in the synagogue every Sabbath. THERE IS A SPIRITUAL WAR Paul said: ‘we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly realms’ (Eph. 6 v 12)1 Hitler was a maniac. The Nazis were death-cult zombies obedient to Hitler. Jehovah knew that this was coming because He sees what we can’t see, the spiritual battle in heaven, but more than that, how the spiritual battle will evolve and from time to time overflow onto this earth in senseless violence. TEACH US TO NUMBER OUR DAYS Jehovah put words in the mouths of the Prophets to warn His People – of dangers coming in their own day and days into the future too. However, Jehovah had to keep His warnings in the Scripture circumspect in order not to tip off the wrong readers. Jehovah put clues in the Scripture of the secrets of prophetic interpretation. First clue: if you want to know when God’s wrath will be revealed start numbering the days: ‘You have set our iniquities before you, our secret sins in the light of your presence. All our days pass away under your wrath… Teach us to number our days aright that we may gain a heart of wisdom’ (Psalm 90 v 8-12). 1 Ephesians 6 is the 174th chapter of the New Testament. The spiritual number 174 means INNOCENT DEATH. mark h lane www.biblenumbersforlife.com EACH YEAR EQUALS ONE VERSE / ONE CHAPTER The original Scripture had no verse divisions or chapter divisions. It was dictated letter by letter without annotation. Where did all the verse and chapter divisions come from? Bible scholars put them there. Why did they do that? They did it because they were alert to a secret of interpreting prophecy: each verse (and each chapter) corresponds to a specific year of history in the past, present, or future. We provide numerous examples of this principle at work. If the reader has doubts, we invite you to please read our other papers on Keys of the Kingdom (AD). (Incidentally the author has discovered chapter divisions and book divisions often occur at points in history, along the time-prophecy line, when momentous events occur. As we will see Jeremiah 1 is just such a time.) THE VISION OF EZEKIEL Second clue: In his vision Ezekiel saw wheels within wheels turning in the middle of the air. This is how the author believes Ezekiel saw his vision {minus the verse references}: mark h lane www.biblenumbersforlife.com According to Ezekiel, the rim of each wheel was “full of eyes” (1 v 18), the wheels “touched the earth” (1 v 15), the wheels appeared “as it were, a wheel within a wheel” (1 v 16).2 Our interpretation is “eye” signifies a prophecy, of events that “touch the earth”. We have portrayed in our diagram one eye after another in the wheel, one prophecy after another of events on earth. What goes around, comes around. True in wheels, true in prophecy. There are 1189 chapters in the Bible3. This generates a Little Wheel as in our diagram on the previous page. If Genesis 1 is identified with a specific start year, then each following year is Genesis 2, and so on. After 1189 years have passed, prophecy for the next year is back to Genesis 1. There are 5,852 verses in the Torah (Genesis to Deuteronomy); 7,018 verses in the Annals (Joshua to Ester); 4,785 verses in the Books of Wisdom (Job to Songs); 5,490 verses in the Prophets (Isaiah to Malachi); and 7,945 verses in the Gospels (Matthew to Revelation).4 In total 31,090 verses in the entire Bible. Using a one verse equals one year technique generates a Big Wheel. It is big because it takes multiple millennia for the wheel to turn completely around through all the years. WHERE DO WHEELS START THE COUNT? This is the single most important question in prophecy in our age. We have identified one legitimate start date for the wheels to be 1 AD. This corresponds to the year Jesus began to see his visions (Songs 7 v 4) (Isaiah 1 v 1). We provide a detailed explanation of how we arrived at 1 AD in our paper Come Away My Love. We invite the reader to be persuaded this assumption is true – because the selection of the start date is all important. EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT OUR CASE: PREDICTION OF THE HOLOCAUST We discover when the Little Wheel comes around to World War II, in its second rotation since 1 AD, we find Jeremiah crying out for the people of Judah to flee a coming disaster in one chapter, then speaking of a great massacre for two more chapters, then weeping over the slain of his people in the last chapter. We will document this remarkable prediction in detail: what the prophecies say and how the genocide of Jews progressed; because the genocide was over a number of years – more than one chapter in Jeremiah. 2 His vision is akin to the solar system. Earth orbit is one wheel turning around the sun. Moon orbit is a ‘wheel within a wheel’ turning around the earth. We knew all prophecy first appeared in the stars, then later was transcribed to Scripture so it is only fitting there is a celestial rhythm in Scripture. Pictorially (not literally) the words (earth spinning), verses (moon’s orbit around earth), chapters (earth’s orbit around the sun), and books (sun’s orbit around the center of the galaxy) are all wheels within wheels. 3 This includes the Gospels. Yes, New Testament Scripture is equally prophetic as Old Testament Scripture! Breathed by same God. 4 The accepted Jewish version of Scripture divides chapters and verses differently than the accepted Christian version and also includes various books not considered canon by Christians. My counting of verses in the Gospels excludes Mark 16:9-20. mark h lane www.biblenumbersforlife.com Buchenwald Concentration Camp 1940 AD We use the Little Wheel of 1189 ‘eyes’ corresponding to the 1189 chapters of Scripture, and start the wheel turning at 1 AD. We ‘number the days aright’ by turning the Little Wheel one complete revolution to 1189 AD, then on its second revolution we arrive at 1940 on the 751st chapter of Scripture, which is Jeremiah 6. PROPHECY: Jeremiah cries out: “O you children of Benjamin, gather yourselves together to flee from the midst of Jerusalem; Blow the Shofar in Tekoa and set up a signal fire in Beth Haccerem For disaster appears out of the North and great destruction.” (Jer. 6 v 1) INTERPRETATION: Benjamin is prophetic of the modern nation of Israel. Benjamin was the only son of Jacob born in Palestine. All the other sons of Jacob were born outside Palestine, hence are prophetic of Gentile nations. Benjamin does not appear as a word in the whole Book of Isaiah. That is because Benjamin (the modern state of Israel) could not come into being during the years 1869 (Isaiah 1) to 1934 (Isaiah 66). Benjamin first appears in the Prophets in Jeremiah 1, which is 1935. Jehovah is indicating a pivot in history where events must move towards the creation of the modern state of Israel. The modern state of Israel could not come into being until the first full year Adolf Hitler was absolute dictator of Germany: 1935! The next appearance of Benjamin is Jeremiah 6 v 1 (above). Benjamin was the son born from a dead woman. Rachel died in labor. Because of the Holocaust of the Nazis, Judaism should have been dead, eliminated from the earth. But Jehovah said the Jews must return a third time to the Holy Land. Benjamin's mother died giving birth to him! O misery! mark h lane www.biblenumbersforlife.com FULFILMENT: According to studies of the Holocaust5, deaths of Jews at the hands of Nazis prior to 1940 were less than a 100,000. In 1940 the Nazi concentration camps began processing Jews in large numbers. 500,000 Jews died. Sound the warning! 1941 AD 1941 aligns with the 752nd chapter of the Bible: Jeremiah chapter 7. PROPHECY: Jeremiah cries out: “Hear the word of Jehovah, all you of Judah…” (Jer. 7 v 1) “Cut off your hair and cast it away, and take up a lamentation on the barren heights: for Jehovah has rejected and forsaken the generation of His wrath” (Jer. 7 v 29) “The corpses of this people will be food for the birds of the heaven and for the beasts of the field. And no one will frighten them away.” (Jer. 7 v 33) “Then I will cause to cease from the cities of Judah and from the streets of Jerusalem the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride” (Jer. 7 v 34) INTERPRETATION: The world population of Jews was around 16 million at this time.
