Directions

1. First you should clean all the strawberries and let them dry while you melt the chocolate. 2. In the double boiler, pour all the chocolate chips into the top and stir consistently while the water is boiling at medium heat. 3. When the chocolate is to the desired consistency take it off the heat and immediately dip the strawberries. MAKE SURE THE STRAWBERRIES ARE DRY, because the water will ruin the melted chocolate. 4. Place the dipped strawberries on a cookie sheet lined in parchment paper to let them cool. Place them in the refrigerator until the choco late is hard or until they are ready to be served.
