December 2006 “The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make His paths straight.” Mark 1:3 CONTENDING FOR Published Monthly CONTENDING FOR FUNDAMENTAL CHRISTIANITY Free Subscription AMERICAN FREEDOM December 2006 “My Tribute to Dad” On Saturday November 4, 2006, from my Daddy’s Bible, I preached his homegoing memorial service at Maranatha Church in Greenville, NC. Mother would like to express deep appreciation to all the pastors, churches, family, and friends that have prayed and supported us all during this time. In the fly leaf of his Bible was written, “I Albert Lee Williamson give my heart to God this 26th day of October 974.” Psalm 116:5 says, “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.” Yes, and Dad was precious to us and we look and long for that glad reunion day!
