NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Order affecting the B1077 Attleborough Road from 87m northwest of its junction with U33114 Deopham Road for 350m south-eastwards in the PARISH OF GREAT ELLINGHAM because of resurfacing works for new roundabout. The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 27th August to 10th September 2021 for the duration of the works expected to be about 14 days within the period. Alternative route is via: Westbound – B1077 Watton Road/Attleborough Road/Brayes Lane/Caston Road/Carbrooke Road/Caston Road, B1108 Norwich Road, A1075 Memorial Way/Thetford Road/Watton Road, B1111 Watton Road/Road from Larling to Watton/Harling Road/Watton Road, C106 Illington Road, A11, B1077 Ellingham Road/Attleborough Road. Eastbound – B1077 Attleborough Road/Ellingham Road/Queens Road, U33119 Blackthorn Road, A11, B1111 Road from Larling to Bridgham/Watton Road/Harling Road/Road from Larling to Watton/Watton Road, A1075 Watton Road/Thetford Road/Memorial Way, B1108 Norwich Road, B1077 Caston Road/Carbrooke Road/Caston Road/Brayes Lane/Attleborough Road/Watton Road (Thompson, Carbrooke, Hockham, Caston, Stow Bedon, Griston, Rocklands, Roudham and Larling, Attleborough, Great Ellingham, Shropham, Watton). (If necessary the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order). Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
