In Case Number of Reserved Seat Tickets Obtained Using “JR-KYUSHU RAIL PASS” Exceeds Limitation If the number of reserved seat tickets obtained exceeds the limitation, additional charges described below must be paid for the additional reserved seat tickets. No refund will be given. Change of Train - The train can be changed only once at the JR ticketing office (Midori-no-madoguchi) before departure of the designated train. - Differences between the additional charges required for the original designated train and the new designated train will be evaluated. The passenger is to pay or receive the difference depending on the result. Other Cases - If the reserved seat ticket is lost, the passenger must once again pay the additional charge required for the train. The seat originally reserved for the passenger is no longer available. .
