Cole Moore returned to the Bobcat Football program in 2016 as an administrative associate, rising to the role of Director of Op- erations (2018) and currently Assistant AD for Football Opera- tions. An anchor of some of the best defenses in Bobcat history, Moore benefi ts from strong Bobcat bloodlines and experience at college football’s top level. In his current role Moore coordinates team travel and coaches recruiting travel, oversees the yearly operating budget, collaborates with athletic administration daily, organizes offi cial and unoffi cial visits, and manages scholarship and roster numbers, along with other internal roles. He earned a Master’s of Education in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership from the University of Washington, where he graduated with highest honors and received a merit scholarship award for his outstand- ing performance and contributions as a student. He worked for a year as a recruiting assistant for the University of Washington football program and coached at Seattle Preparatory School before returning to the Bobcat football program in 2016. He has drawn from a personal commitment to service while at MSU, leading 10 team members to Poland for a Habitat for Humanity International service project. He also managed a similar project in Livingston, Montana, in 2019. A Whitehouse Station, New Jersey product, Moore played outside linebacker for the Cats from 2010-14, starting 38 straight games at Sam linebacker over his fi nal three seasons. He was part of three Big Sky Confer- ence Championships, compiling a 45-17 record that included six FCS Playoff games. A team captain as a senior and two-time all-conference choice, Moore logged 194 career tackles with fi ve interceptions.
