We reported a net loss of $190.3 million, or $1.35 per diluted share. That compares with net income for the prior year of $128.9 million, or $.96 per diluted share. At the same time, sales rose by 10 percent to $12.5 billion, and I am proud to report that we produced record margins in Smithfield Foods’ packaged meats business. During the year, we shifted our strategic focus to several key areas that we expect to significantly improve results going forward.
