Students should pay close attention to the dates of the battles as well as the path the troops took. Students create a timeline of the battles. Day Two 6. Have students pick a battle or act of violence to research. See Rubric. 7. Using this research, students will complete a bi-fold pamphlet (preferably computer based but can be paper) providing details about the event. If paper based, have students turn paper horizontally and fold the paper in half, so that it resembles a book. See Rubric. 8.
