They work closely with your Health Safety Manager and Reel Health’s Chief Medical Officer in assuring safety on the set. ● NETFLIX PRODUCTION SAFETY MANAGER COVID COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR (CCS) HEALTH SAFETY COORDINATOR (HSC) ● COVID COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR (CCS) ● HEALTH SAFETY COORDINATOR (HSC) ● HEALTH SAFETY OFFICER (HSO) ● HYGIENE & SANITIZATION ● ZONE SECURITY HEALTH SAFETY OFFICERS (HSO) ● 24/7 CONTACT TRACING TEAM HYGIENE & SANITATION CREW ZONE SECURITY Covid Compliance Supervisor The Covid Compliance Supervisor (CCS) hires and coordinates the necessary COVID-related medical staff and is responsible for COVID-19-related health safety for the Production, including lab testing. ● Arranges with the HSM and oversees crew frontend and ongoing Covid-19 laboratory testing. Sets recurring schedule. ● The CCS evaluates work areas including production offices, construction mills, shooting locations, etc., to ensure they are COVID ready for working crew. ● Will work with the Locations Department to scout locations in advance of shooting to evaluate the properties, COVID room capacities, determine check-in points, and the like. ● Will work with the AD team to stagger schedules for check-in expediency and determine times and dates for recurring cast & crew laboratory testing. The Role ● Is the onsite health authority should a crewmember exhibit COVID symptoms and would initiate and work with the Reel Health Contact Implementation of the Tracing Team including the RH epidemiologist should a positive case overall COVID-19 occur. Prevention Plan ● Oversee and coordinate decontamination systems. ● Conduct periodic inspections of the workplace to ensure that infectious disease policy and procedure are being executed at an approved production level. ● Manage and follow the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability act or HIPAA guidelines and protect the privacy of the staff and disseminate vital health information as per protocol. ● The CCS would consult with the production on the hiring of the Hygiene Crew and the Security Unit Health Safety Coordinator COORDINATOR The Health Safety Coordinator (HSC) oversees the execution of CCS directives in conjunction with the UPM, 1st AD/Key SM, and other relevant department heads. ● The HSM Coordinates, tracks and keeps records of all cast & crew start, work and finish dates to schedule COVID-19 lab testing required for work. ● Will ensure all proper HIPAA compliant paperwork and lab forms are recorded and shared appropriately. ● Organizes and schedules “White Glove Service” for talent and travel testing. ● Tracks, coordinates, and orders PPE, signage, distance markers, pop up testing privacy rooms. ● Will schedule cleaning and sanitization as needed on all work sites. ● Helps create and manage the Health Safety Team department budget. The Role The coordinator of testing, cleaning and personnel schedules with the production team Health Safety Officers The Health Safety Officers (HSO) are essential health workers scheduled by the HSM and work under the direction of the CCS. HSO responsibilities include: ● Location entry screen and check in cast & crew. Daily check-ins include: ○ COVID-19 health risk assessments ○ Evaluate any positive symptomatic answers as to their COVID relevance ○ Temperature recording and documenting in employee Reel Health Gatekeeper app (or on paper records) ○ Accept entrees or advisor HSS of risk concerns ○ Distribute daily colored bracelets ● Patrol the set, production office or work areas to ensure: ○ Appropriate social distancing among cast and crew members ○ Crew is adhering to proper PPE wearing The Role ○ Monitor crew health for COVID symptoms Assists with Check-ins, ● Evaluates crewmembers should someone become symptomatic during a working day, and advises the HSS of the potential personnel risk. crew PPE, social ● Assist in maintaining PPE in their designated work area and provide distancing, sanitization additional PPE. and symptom ● Monitor hand sanitizer and wash station inventories in their designated assessments work area. ● Ensure basic cleaning and disinfecting supplies (such as wipes, gloves, etc.) are visible to all crew in this area. Sanitization & Disinfectant Crew The dedicated Hygiene and Sanitization crew, directed by the Hygiene Coordinator, will patrol the set and/or working location to hand spray, sanitize, and wipe all high-touch areas throughout the work day with supplies that have been vetted and approved by Netflix.: ● Prep/shoot/strike locations ● Interior working trailers ● Interior transportation department vehicles such as equipment trucks, shuttle vans, and picture cars The Role ● Production offices Completes fogging and ● Work stations spraying of locations and ● High touch areas such as door knobs and handles sanitizes high touch areas Fogging Our level 2 and level 3 cleaning includes complete site assessments including furniture, surfaces, and ventilation. Fogging must be done after hours with strict safety standards. Health Safety Security Unit Security Unit. Working with the Location Manager, the HSM oversees the Security Unit’s scheduling and the HSS oversees their placement. ● Ensures crew members stay within their designated pods/zones to protect from cross-contamination. ● Process greatly increases the ability to contact trace if necessary. The Role Monitors pods and zones to protect from cross-contamination Contact Tracing Team Every production’s Health Safety Team is governed by a scientifically based rapid response protocol. If there is a suspected or actual COVID-19 infection, Reel Health will: Helping sick employees ● Employees who appear to have symptoms (i.e., fever, cough, or shortness of breath) upon arrival at work or who become sick during the work day will be immediately asked to separate themselves from others and will be sent home or to a medical facility. ● Any employee who is sent home will not be eligible for re-admittance to the workplace until cleared by Reel Health Corp’s 24/7 Emergency Response Team. This team includes our Chief Medical Officer, epidemiology and infectious disease experts, and physicians. Testing ● Employee(s) who appear to have symptoms will have a COVID-19 viral detection test. ● Anyone with direct contact with a symptomatic employee will also have a COVID-19 viral detection test and a Health and Safety consultation. Communication ● If a worker has been diagnosed with COVID-19, Reel Health will evaluate their close contacts on the set for quarantine. ● Cast and crew will be notified via email of the following: ○ Suspected COVID-19 reported on set ○ Confirmed COVID-19 case on-set ○ The Production will safeguard
