The Covid Compliance Supervisors and Officers are medically licensed COVID-19 personnel who are responsible for planning, preparation, and COORDINATOR organization of health and safety needs on the set from initial preparation through physical production. They work closely with your Health Safety Manager and Reel Health’s Chief Medical Officer in assuring safety on the set.

HYGIENE & CREW ZONE SECURITY Covid Compliance Supervisor The Covid Compliance Supervisor (CCS) hires and coordinates the necessary COVID-related medical staff and is responsible for COVID-19-related health safety for the Production, including lab testing.

● Arranges with the HSM and oversees crew frontend and ongoing Covid-19 laboratory testing. Sets recurring schedule. ● The CCS evaluates work areas including production offices, construction mills, shooting locations, etc., to ensure they are COVID ready for working crew. ● Will work with the Locations Department to scout locations in advance of shooting to evaluate the properties, COVID room capacities, determine check-in points, and the like. ● Will work with the AD team to stagger schedules for check-in expediency and determine times and dates for recurring cast & crew laboratory testing. The Role ● Is the onsite health authority should a crewmember exhibit COVID symptoms and would initiate and work with the Reel Health Contact Implementation of the Tracing Team including the RH epidemiologist should a positive case overall COVID-19 occur. COORDINATOR The Health Safety Coordinator (HSC) oversees the execution of CCS directives in conjunction with the UPM, 1st AD/Key SM, and other relevant department heads.

● The HSM Coordinates, tracks and keeps records of all cast & crew start, work and finish dates to schedule COVID-19 lab testing required for work. ● Will ensure all proper HIPAA compliant paperwork and lab forms are recorded and shared appropriately. ● Organizes and schedules “White Glove Service” for talent and travel testing. ● Tracks, coordinates, and orders PPE, signage, distance markers, pop up testing privacy rooms. ● Will schedule cleaning and sanitization as needed on all work sites. ● Helps create and manage the Health Safety Team department budget. The Health Safety Officers (HSO) are essential health workers scheduled by the HSM and work under the direction of the CCS. HSO responsibilities include: ● Location entry screen and check in cast & crew. The dedicated Hygiene and Sanitization crew, directed by the Hygiene Coordinator, will patrol the set and/or working location to hand spray, sanitize, and wipe all high-touch areas throughout the work day with supplies that have been vetted and approved by Netflix.:

Our level 2 and level 3 cleaning includes complete site assessments including furniture, surfaces, and ventilation. Fogging must be done after hours with strict safety standards. Health Safety Security Unit

Working with the Location Manager, the HSM oversees the Security Unit’s scheduling and the HSS oversees their placement. ● Ensures crew members stay within their designated pods/zones to protect from cross-contamination. ● Process greatly increases the ability to contact trace if necessary.

Every production’s Health Safety Team is governed by a scientifically based rapid response protocol. If there is a suspected or actual COVID-19 infection, Reel Health will:

Helping sick employees ● Employees who appear to have symptoms (i.e., fever, cough, or shortness of breath) upon arrival at work or who become sick during the work day will be immediately asked to separate themselves from others and will be sent home or to a medical facility. ● Any employee who is sent home will not be eligible for re-admittance to the workplace until cleared by Reel Health Corp’s 24/7 Emergency Response Team. This team includes our Chief Medical Officer, and infectious disease experts, and . Testing ● Employee(s) who appear to have symptoms will have a COVID-19 viral detection test. ● Anyone with direct contact with a symptomatic employee will also have a COVID-19 viral detection test and a Health and Safety consultation.
