FEEDBACK: GOUR MAHAVIDYALAYA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION As one of the Stakeholders of our Institution, the Alumni Association provides important feedback on development plan of the College. The aim of this very vibrant and jubilant association has always been extending all sorts of support as would be required by the college authority and further organizing different philanthropic and social service activities. Among the programmes undertaken by the Association, the most noteworthy is the financial support to the poor & meritorious students of the College to clear their University Examination fees. Their suggestions on various academic and extra-curricular activities of our institution are found to be of immense help for the college administration since those suggestions arise from their long experience regarding the functioning of the institution. They help to organize N.S.S.activities,cultural programme and annual exhibition. The Institution maintains the record of the Alumni Association. The number of total member is 688.

PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION: FEEDBACK There is no Parent- Teacher Association. But the College maintains good relationship with the parents. But the parents provide important feedback on development plan of the College. Meetings with the parents were held

on29.11.2015 and 22.12.2015.

STUDENTS: FEEDBACK After going through the feedback given by the students it is found that the Placement cell should be up graded in the coming year. In any grade school, college, or university, the safety and security of students and staff is incredibly important. For this reason, it is common place for all students and staff to be issued an ID card .The Students request to issue printed ID card with a photo, name, ID number, expiration date, and other relevant information about the holder. The dwindling scenario of job opportunities for the Indian youth is very alarming and needs the attention of all educational institutions across India. They mention that the College should introduce Job oriented course so that every students can benefit by this programme. It appears from the feedback that the condition of the college canteen is not satisfactory and not enough to meet the demand of the students visiting it. All these issues should be placed before the concerned authority.
