Keep this in mind!
During your children's activities and your stay in our mountains, be sure to: • protect them from the sun with sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, etc. • give them regular drinks, • avoid rapid altitude changes, • avoid going above 2000 metres in altitude with young children, or consult a doctor beforehand.
Pay particular attention to children you are carrying on your back. Although they like to follow you everywhere and you can share many activities in this way, immobility and prolonged carrying can increase the risk of sunburn, sunstroke, dehydration and cold.
Remember: some activities such as skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and others require helmets, don't forget it!

Each village has its own little corner. Wherever you are, you will find children’s toilets and changing tables for babies whether at the Saint-Gervais Tourist Office, the public toilets in the Bettex and Plateau de la Croix car parks in Saint-Nicolas de Véroce or in the Parc Thermal du Fayet.
