Hotel rooms are listed by the primary adult’s last name who registered with GET Sports. All roommates are then listed as secondary names under the primary last name. Disney guests will recieve their Magic Bands at hotel check in. It is important to have every name in your Disney rooming reservations correct no later than 10 business days prior to check-in. Adding or changing names at the front desk will delay your check-in, or may not be possible at all. Check-in & Checkout – Normal Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and Checkout time is 11:00 am. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as their assigned room becomes available. For guests looking for a late checkout time, please note this can be requested, but will be an additional charge as an incidental. Luggage storage is available at most hotels should the need arise. Tickets purchased from GET Sports cannot be upgraded or changed directly by Disney. Specially priced tickets are valid 7 days prior to event start date through 7 days after event ends, specifically 1/7/2017-1/22/2017. There is a daily fee for all spectators to enter the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex to be purchased at the box office of the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. There are 2 options for purchasing Length-of-Event tournament passes: 1) Pre-Purchase through the tournament ticket store link below, or 2) Purchase at the box office of the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex upon arrival. The 2017 pricing is $36.00 per adult and $26.00 per child ages 3-9 years old for length of event spectator tickets & $18.00 per adult and $13.00 per child ages 3-9 years old for 1-day spectator tickets.
