For flight information visit www.edinburghairport.com Directions From Edinburgh Airport Start out on jubilee road At roundabout take the 1st exit on to Eastfield Road. Signposted Exit All Routes. At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Eastfield Road. Signposted Exit, All Routes At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Eastfield Road. Signposted Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling. At roundabout take the 2nd exit, then merge onto the A8. Signposted Edinburgh, City Bypass. At Maybury Junction continue forward. Signposted Edinburgh City Bypass. AT Drumbrae roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A8. At traffic signals turn right onto Roseburn Street. Turn right on to Roseburn Place. Bear left onto Roseburn Crescent. Arrive on Roseburn Crescent. Turn into the entrance opposite the new tram station. Gatehouse security will direct you to the West Stand car park – follow the internal stadium route around to the left. Enter Gate 2 / West Car Park – this is a gravel car park. Please be advised we have a one way system, please adhere to this and reverse park. Exit on foot via the Famous Grouse gates. HOW TO GET HERE By Car From the M8 Start out on the M8. Keep in the right hand lanes at Junction 1. Signposted City Bypass South, City Centre At Hermiston Junction roundabout take the 3rd exit. Signposted City Bypass. Immediately keep left, then at Calder Junction roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A71. Signposted Edinburgh West, City Centre. At Bankhead roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A71. Signposted City Centre A7. At Sighthill roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A71. Signposted City Centre. At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A71. Signposted City Centre. Turn left onto Westfield Road. Continue forward onto Stevenson Road. Continue forward on to Westfield Road. At traffic signals turn left onto Roseburn Street. Turn left onto Roseburn Avenue. Turn left on to Roseburn Crescent. Turn into the entrance opposite the new tram station. At mini-roundabout turn right onto Market Street. Turn left onto The Mound. Bear left onto North Bank Street. Then bear right on to Bank Street. At traffic signals turn right onto Lawnmarket. At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Johnston Terrace. Continue forward onto Castle Terrace. AT mini roundabout continue forward onto Castle Terrace. Continue forward on to Spittal Street. Turn left onto Bread Street. Turn right on to East Fountainbridge. Continue forward onto Fountainbidge. Turn right onto Semple Street. Turn left onto B700. Continue forward onto the A8. At traffic signals turn left on to Roseburn Street. Turn right onto Roseburn Place and bear left onto Roseburn Crescent. Turn into the entrance opposite the new tram station. HOW TO GET HERE By Tram BT Murrayfield Stadium now has its own dedicated tram stop directly across from our entrance. The trams travel from the airport directly to Murrayfield in 25 minutes, or from the city centre in 13 minutes. For more information on how to buy a ticket, visit http://edinburghtrams.com/ CAR PARKING BT Murrayfield Stadium offers up to 1,000 complimentary spaces on site. You do not need to contact the stadium in advance to pre-book your car parking space. However we do require notice for coaches, vans and trucks that are coming on site. •Gatehouse security will direct you to the West Stand car park – follow the internal stadium route around to the left. •Enter Gate 2 / West Car Park – this is a gravel car park. In accordance with fire regulations, parking on the perimeter road is not permitted. Neither Scottish Rugby Union or Murrayfield Experience accepts responsibility for any damage to a vehicle parked within the stadium. Parking overnight in the car park prior to any Rugby International, Cup Final or Concert is not permitted. FAQ’s Access For Set Up All materials must be brought through our goods lifts. For Thistle suite and the 1925 suites, use goods lift number 18 and for Presidents suite please use goods lift number 19. No materials should be used in the customer lift in the main reception and is strictly against Scottish Rugby policy. Materials must also clearly show a return address and if sending more than one package, then they must all be numbered. All items should be marked: Name Of Conference Event Date Event Suite Murrayfield Rugby Stadium Roseburn Street Edinburgh EH12 5PJ FAQ’s Collections You must arrange for a courier to collect any items and have this clearly marked with the returns address and who the courier company is. Murrayfield Stadium will refuse a courier collection if they do not present the correct labelled information/number of boxes we will not hand over the item. The venue is not responsible for any items left on site or the condition they arrive in on return. Rubbish/Boxes Please take all boxes/rubbish with you relating to your exhibition stand. Please do not use our BIFFA bins as costs are applied to us and restrict our daily operations. Restrooms Ladies, gents and disabled access toilets are located centrally in the centre section and can be found in the President’s or Thistle Suite at the end of the suites. Affixing Equipment Please do not use gaffa tape on carpets, blue-tac, sellotape, pins etc on any walls as this causes damage to the wall and paintwork. Fire Alarms The fire alarm is a continuously repeated verbal message warning that an emergency situation has arisen. Please leave by the nearest available exit (excluding lifts). Please exit on foot through the Famous Grouse blue gates and enter the West Car Park (gravel car park) and wait at the 4G artificial pitch. Confirmation will be given by Murrayfield Experience or Scottish Rugby Union that it is safe to re-enter the building. Smoking Policy Please advise all attendees to your event including contractors that Murrayfield Stadium is non smoking venue. Smoking is only permitted out with the boundary fence of the stadium and in the West Car Park. .
