Directions From Start out on jubilee road At take the 1st exit on to Eastfield Road. Signposted Exit All Routes. At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Eastfield Road. By Tram BT Murrayfield Stadium now has its own dedicated tram stop directly across from our entrance. The trams travel from the airport directly to Murrayfield in 25 minutes, or from the city centre in 13 minutes.

BT Murrayfield Stadium offers up to 1,000 complimentary spaces on site. You do not need to contact the stadium in advance to pre-book your car parking space. However we do require notice for coaches, vans and trucks that are coming on site.

Please note any vehicles found out with this parking area may be removed by the Stadium Authorities. In accordance with fire regulations, parking on the perimeter road is not permitted. Neither Scottish or Murrayfield Experience accepts responsibility for any damage to a vehicle parked within the stadium. Parking overnight in the car park prior to any Rugby International, Cup Final or Concert is not permitted.

FAQ’s

Access For Set Up All materials must be brought through our goods lifts. For Thistle suite and the 1925 suites, use goods lift number 18 and for Presidents suite please use goods lift number 19. No materials should be used in the customer lift in the main reception and is strictly against Scottish Rugby policy.

Deliveries Should you wish to arrange to have your items couriered in advance of the event we can accept these no more than 24 hours before the event and will arrange for these to be signed for and stored until the event date. Materials must also clearly show a return address and if sending more than one package, then they must all be numbered. Collections You must arrange for a courier to collect any items and have this clearly marked with the returns address and who the courier company is. Murrayfield Stadium will refuse a courier collection if they do not present the correct labelled information/number of boxes we will not hand over the item. The venue is not responsible for any items left on site or the condition they arrive in on return.

Rubbish/Boxes Please take all boxes/rubbish with you relating to your exhibition stand. Please do not use our BIFFA bins as costs are applied to us and restrict our daily operations.

Restrooms Ladies, gents and disabled access toilets are located centrally in the centre section and can be found in the President’s or Thistle Suite at the end of the suites.

Affixing Equipment Please do not use gaffa tape on carpets, blue-tac, sellotape, pins etc on any walls as this causes damage to the wall and paintwork.

Fire Alarms The fire alarm is a continuously repeated verbal message warning that an emergency situation has arisen. Please leave by the nearest available exit (excluding lifts). Please exit on foot through the Famous Grouse blue gates and enter the West Car Park (gravel car park) and wait at the 4G artificial pitch. Confirmation will be given by Murrayfield Experience or that it is safe to re-enter the building.

Smoking Policy Please advise all attendees to your event including contractors that Murrayfield Stadium is non smoking venue. Smoking is only permitted out with the boundary fence of the stadium and in the West Car Park.
