Designs and implements baseline and other surveys appropriate to the M&E system • Monitors the impact of each piece of new lending, conducts regular individual customer reviews, coordinates data collection and analysis and assesses progress against approved M&E plan • Provides sufficient feedback to relevant colleagues to ensure efficient and effective M&E of all project activities at all times, to include necessary changes/improvements in order to strengthen the programme implementation as appropriate • Compiles and delivers an annual M&E performance report relating to all producer customers with current borrowing facilities.
