Armagh, from Friday 27th February to Tuesday 2nd March 2004. The hoard consisted of a Class 3 sword, a plain and an undecorated copper alloy sheet vessel of Continental origin and a copper alloy ring. The hoard had been discovered, and lifted, by a metal detectorist on Thursday 19th February 2004. The discovery was promptly reported to Armagh County Museum. 1.1.2 The hoard consisted of four separate copper alloy artefacts: a Class 3 sword; a Fuchsstadt-Type vessel; a Jenišovice-Type vessel; and a ring. The finder reported that the sword was lying near horizontal and aligned approximately NNW to SSE, with its tip to the NNW. The two vessels were positioned immediately to the SSE of the sword’s hilt, with the Jenišovice-Type vessel placed inside the other.

The information recorded in the List is used to work out what rates (if any) are due on a particular property. Property ID This is a unique property identifier, you can find it on your Rate Bill or Valuation Certificate. Net Annual The Net Annual Value (NAV) is an assessment of the annual rental Value (NAV) value of the property. The NAV is assessed at a fixed point in time, which is 1st April 2018. Business rate bills are calculated by multiplying the NAV of a property by the Total Non Domestic rate in the pound for the council area in which the property is located. Summary This is the breakdown of the main valuation elements of the NAV. In Valuation some cases the NAV does not equal the total of the Summary Valuation as other valuation elements are not currently displayed here. LPS can only display the breakdown of valuations for shops, offices, warehouses and factories. Distinguishment A distinguishment refers to a particular usage or characteristic of a property or part of a property. In rating law if a property is classed as having a distinguishment certain reliefs or exemptions are applied to it.

    LGBTQ EQUALITY & Northern Ireland’s Political Parties An independent survey General Election 2015 UPDATED VERSION (1) In April 2015 I emailed all the political parties in Northern Ireland that have candidates standing the the 2015 General Election. I enclosed a list of questions about their policies and active records on important lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans* and queer issues. The following pages contain the original information and questions sent to the parties, along with their replies and some additonal facts about each party’s record on LGBTQ rights. All replies are printed exactly as received, except where editied (with due respect and care for key facts) to keep them roughly around the requested 150 word limit. Parties are listed in the order their answers were returned. Where parties have not responded, I have researched their available policies, manifestos and records online and compiled some information. While most of us who identfy as LGBT or Q are unlikely to vote based on a party’s LGBTQ policies alone, it does help to know what each party thinks of some of the issues that effect our lives. And, more importantly, what they have already done and what they plan to do to tackle some of the serious problems caused by homophobia and transphobia; invisibility; institutionalised discrimination and exclusion. I hope that it will be updated and added to over time. This is an independent survey. It has no agenda other than to give each party an opportunity put on paper what they intend to do to help us build a more equal Northern Ireland in terms of sexual orientation and gender identity.
